Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a fragrance-emitting slit yarn having excellent resistance to bonding, abrasion, etc., and emitting fragrance over a long period by bonding plastic films to both surfaces of a perfumery-containing paper sheet with an adhesive kneaded with a perfumery and slitting the obtained laminate. CONSTITUTION:Plastic films are bonded to both surfaces of a perfumery- containing paper sheet with an adhesive kneaded with a perfumery and the obtained laminate is slit to obtain the objective fragrance-emitting slit yarn. Preferably, the plastic film has a metallized layer formed or the bonding face preferably interposing an undercoating layer therebetween.

However, the method of adding a fragrance to a coloring coating solution such as these gold-and-silver threads having a scenting property requires high-temperature drying during the coloring step such as coloring, so that the volatile component cannot be formed. Most of the perfume used in the coloring process was volatilized during the coloring process, so that sufficient perfume could not be obtained.

[Embodiment] As the fragrance used in the fragrance-forming slit yarn of the present invention, both natural fragrance and artificial fragrance can be used. Animal flavors are expensive and unsuitable, but plant flavors can use essential oils collected from plants. Synthetic fragrances are terpene compounds and their derivatives, which have a certain group that emits a fragrance and are said to be fragrance groups. The compounds are classified into hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, phenol ethers, lactones, coumarins and quinones. Acid, etc. Among these synthetic fragrances, there are many examples of fragrances synthesized from essential oil components, those synthesized from tar-based raw materials, and fragrances that do not naturally exist in nature or have not yet been discovered.

On the other hand, the main synthetic fragrances include vanillin, methyl salicylate, cinnamyl aldehyde, β-phenylethyl alcohol, oxytroneral, phenylacetaldehyde, piperonal and natural fragrances.
By mixing several or several tens of synthetic fragrances, the desired flower odor and other pleasant scents are created. It is also possible to add a small amount of eugenol as a harmony agent or a modulator to prevent monotony of aroma, or to add a trace amount of patchuri oil as a volatilization-holding agent for the purpose of preventing the prepared components from being dispersed separately. The limits of the pleasant and unpleasant odors of these fragrances are vague, and the definition of fragrance is incomplete, but the variety of fragrance is customarily determined. Since these fragrances have a short fragrance property in a single genus, a mixed fragrance in which several kinds of fragrances are mixed is preferable.

As the plastic film used for the fragrance-forming slit yarn of the present invention, films such as polyamide, polyester, cellulosic acetate, polycarbonate, and fluororesin are used. Among them, the polycarbonate film and the polyester film are preferable because of their low aroma permeability. Among them, the film is used, but the polyester film is particularly preferably used because it is excellent in heat resistance, mechanical strength, chemical resistance and the like and has good processability.
It may be colored with a pigment dye in advance.

The thickness of the plastic film is 6-5.
It is selected from the range of 0 μm, more preferably 9 to 25 μm. The fragranced slit yarn of the present invention has the mechanical properties of the plastic film, and since the mechanical properties of the slit yarn obtained as it is determines the knitting property, weaving property, and texture, the thickness of the film is Considering the above, it is appropriately determined from the above range.

The metal vapor deposition layer used for the scented slit yarn of the present invention imparts particularly strong luster to the scented slit yarn of the present invention, and is provided on one side of the plastic film. The metal vapor deposition layer is made of a metal or a metal compound, and examples of the metal include gold, silver, aluminum, chromium, nickel, copper, palladium, lead, platinum, zinc and tin. Among these, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, etc. are used for high-grade products, and aluminum, silver, etc. are appropriately used when cost is important.

The metal vapor deposition layer has a uniform thickness, and the thickness is in the range of about 20 to 100 nm, and the range of 35 to 65 nm is particularly preferable.
When the thickness of the metal vapor deposition layer obtained by vapor deposition is less than the above range, the metallic luster is poor, which is not preferable. On the other hand, even if it exceeds the above range, the brilliance of the metal yarn does not increase, rather, cracks are likely to occur and the whole becomes rigid and lacks in texture, which is not preferable.

The perfuming slit yarn according to the present invention contains the perfume not only in the adhesive layer but also in the paper, so that a large amount of perfume can be stably held, and a relatively thin film or thin film can be held. Since the adhesive layer can be used, it is soft and has a rich texture when used for clothing.
Further, since the paper also contains a fragrance, it has sufficient resistance (fastness to washing) and has an extremely excellent effect such as maintaining a stable fragrance property over a long period of time.
