[Prior art and its problems] As is well known, when displaying and selling canned goods and other small, fixed-sized, group-type products, only the effective use of display space is taken into consideration. They were simply displayed in a stack on a table. In this way, simply stacking products to display products lacks stability in the stacked state, and the displayed products often fall apart, which is a major problem. Moreover, this type of product display by stacking requires extremely complicated stacking work each time, and there are also problems in terms of workability. In order to solve these problems, various attempts have been made (methods of interposing paper or other thin plate materials as spacers for each tier of stacked items), but there is still no effective stacking spacer. No provision has been made. Furthermore, the conventional product display by stacking products has the disadvantage that it is completely ineffective in terms of display effects because there is no medium for advertising or the like for the purpose of sales.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In achieving the above-mentioned purpose, this invention specifically stacks a plurality of regular aggregate type objects with equal lengths and equal diameters in each stage, A stacking spacer for fixing and supporting the upper and lower ends of the stacked objects by dividing a fixed floor area of an arbitrary shape for each stage, the stacking spacer having a desired thickness. The board member is made of a board member formed to a certain size, and the board member is provided with recesses at matching positions on both sides of the board member to receive predetermined items to be stacked in each tier by fitting on the upper end side or the lower end side of the board member. , the recess is composed of a first recess and a second recess that are capable of receiving at least two types of first and second stacked objects having different diameters by fitting each other separately,
The first stage recess is a collection of first recesses that receives the upper end side or the lower end side of the first stacked objects in a state where the first stacked objects are tightly gathered in the row and column directions. The second stage recess is formed in the floor surface of the first stage recess, and is formed in a step shape along the outermost contour line of the aggregate, and the second stage recess is formed on the floor surface of the first stage recess. A second hole is formed concentrically with respect to each first recess.
This is a spacer for stacking canned goods, etc., consisting of a concave part.

The spacer 1 for stacking canned goods and the like according to this invention is composed of a board member 2 made of a lightweight synthetic resin material such as styrofoam material and having appropriate rigidity and shapeability. The board member 2 has a predetermined thickness T, and is provided with recesses 3, which receive a predetermined number of objects to be stacked by fitting at the upper end side or the lower end side, at aligned positions on both surfaces 2a and 2b. There is. In the specific example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the recess 3 includes a first recess 4 that can receive the first stacked object L having a diameter R 1 by fitting, and a recess 4 having a diameter R 2 . and a second-stage recess 5 that can receive a second stacked object S by fitting. As shown in FIG. 3, the first stage concave portion 4 is configured to hold the first stacked objects L in a state in which the first stacked objects L are closely gathered in the row and column directions as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 8, as shown in FIG. It consists of a collection of first recesses 6 that receive the upper end side L a or the lower end side L b of the first stacked objects L, and are formed in a stepped shape along the outermost contour 6 a of the collection. There is. On the other hand, the second
The step recess 5 is formed in the floor surface 4a of the first step recess 4, and consists of second recesses 7 concentrically bored with respect to each first recess 6 in the first step recess 4. There is. As shown in FIG. 4, the second recess 7 in the second stage recess 5 is formed so as to be able to receive the upper end S a or the lower end S b of the second stacked object S by fitting. ing. It is sufficient that the depth D 1 of the first stage recess 4 is approximately 10 mm, and the depth D 1 of the second stage recess 5 is approximately 10 mm.
D 2 is such that the floor surface 4a of the first stage recess 4 is approximately 10 mm.
A certain degree is sufficient.

The stacking spacer 1, which is a specific example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, is used for objects other than the first stacked objects L having a diameter dimension R 1 or the second stacked objects S having a diameter dimension R 2 . The present invention can also be applied to an intermediate third stacked object M having a diameter R3 , as shown in FIG. In this case, the upper end side M a and the lower end side M b of the third stacked object M are not fitted into any of the recesses, so there is some leeway in the radial direction and they are movable. However, in the above point, stacking can be maintained stably by the stacking load.

6 and 7 show another embodiment of the stacking spacer according to this invention. The stacking spacer 11 shown in FIG. 6 is an example in which a third stage recess 12 is provided on the floor surface 5a of the second stage recess 5 in the stacking spacer 1 shown in FIG.
The third recess 12 is composed of a third recess 13 having a diameter R 4 that is bored concentrically with each second recess 7 in the second recess 5 .
In the case of this embodiment, it is possible to fixedly support stacked objects L, S, and SS of at least three different diameters in a fitted relationship. The stacking spacer 21 shown in FIG. 7 is effectively applied when stacking objects B such as bottles whose upper end diameter and lower end diameter are significantly different. The spacer 21 is a bottle B.
It has a first stage recess 24 which receives the lower end large diameter part B a by fitting, and a second stage recess 25 which receives the upper end small diameter part B b of the bottle B by fitting. FIG. 8 shows an example of a board member 32 that is formed in accordance with a different arrangement pattern of stacked items in each tier, in contrast to the specific embodiment shown in FIG. 1.
