(Prior art) Conventionally, when packing fruits such as pears, apples, and peaches, the surroundings of these fruits are first wrapped around each one.
It is wrapped in a cylindrical mesh made of foamed plastic or placed in a plastic tray, and this is placed inside a cardboard case with soft polyurethane foam or foamed polyethylene layered with a cardboard sheet as a partition. Although the materials are stacked in layers,
There was a drawback that the portion where the fruit came into contact with the contact surface of the partition material was easily damaged during transportation.

(Problems to be Solved) The present invention has been made after various studies to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it has been found that the occurrence of scratches can be extremely reduced by making the surface of the partition material that comes into contact with the fruit surface slippery. The present invention has been completed, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a partition material that prevents damage to the fruit surface.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention is a fruit partition in which a flexible and elastic synthetic resin foam sheet is laminated with a synthetic resin film that is easy to slip and has low frictional resistance on one side, and corrugated paper is laminated on the other side. It is preferable that this partitioning material is provided with minute through holes on one side over the other side so that the fruit can breathe.

In this invention, the flexible and elastic synthetic resin foam sheet forming the intermediate layer has a thickness of 0.5 to 10
The slippery synthetic resin film laminated on one side is medium-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. with a thickness of about 5 to 100 microns, and has slip resistance. If the amount is large, the degree of damage caused to the surface of the fruit will be large, and the effect cannot be expected. The corrugated cardboard sheet to be laminated on the other side of the foam sheet is preferably a corrugated cardboard sheet with liners pasted on both sides of a normal corrugated center paper, which is water-absorbent and elastic, and has a thickness of 15 mm or less. The lamination may be carried out by any means such as thermally adhering the foam sheet and the synthetic resin sheet and then adhering them with an adhesive, or adhering the three together using an adhesive. Adhesion between the foam sheet surface and the corrugated paper surface can be either full-scale adhesion or partial adhesion, as long as the two are adhered to the extent that they do not fall off or shift, for example, adhesion in dots or lines. In the case of such partial adhesion, there are advantages such as good air permeability, less adhesive application area, and even better water absorption. Adhesives used include emulsion types such as vinyl acetate, acrylic, and synthetic rubber; hot melt types such as EVA and olefin; pressure-sensitive (adhesive) types such as acrylic and synthetic rubber; urethane and polyester solvents. Any type of adhesive that can be bonded may be used.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, the invention is a laminated sheet of a flexible and elastic synthetic resin foam sheet with a slippery synthetic resin film on one side and corrugated paper on the other side. The adhesive surface is slippery and has low frictional resistance, dispersing the weight stress on the fruit.
In addition, it has excellent buffering properties, which prevents damage to fruit, and the water absorption effect of corrugated paper has an extremely excellent effect on preserving freshness.
