The present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in the device configuration diagram of FIG. 1, a display device 2 for displaying an original as an image is arranged inside the pedestal table 1, and the image of the original is reflected and projected. The Fumira-3 is arranged so as to be in focus with the display device 2. Further, a switch 5 for operating the display device 2 is arranged on the speech table 1. When the display device 2 shown by the one-dot chain line is used, an upright image is displayed on the display device 2 via the first display device 2 and the mirror -4 which totally reflects the optical path of the half mirror-3. It is sufficient to display the inverted image on the display device 2 when the Mira-4 which totally reflects is not used.
Next, an actual operation without using a mirror for total reflection will be described. The image of the original is displayed as an inverted image on the display device 2, and the light obtained by this display is reflected by the half mirror 3 so that the speaker can see the image of the original that is upright in the front. .. In addition, the speaker can see the listener's figure through Harmula-3. Further, by operating the switch 5, the image of the original can be scrolled up and down according to the speaking speed of the speaker.
Next, the control of the display device 2 will be described. As shown in the block diagram of FIG. 2, a liquid crystal display device 6 (hereinafter referred to as LCD) for displaying an image, a video memory 9 for storing the image data, and the contents stored in the video memory 9 are read out to the LCD 6. A liquid crystal display controller 7 (hereinafter referred to as LCDC) shown and an address conversion table 8 for converting an address output by the LCDC 7 to access the video memory 9 into another address are connected. There is. Further, a CPU 10 for writing image data to the video memory 9 and setting and changing the contents of the address conversion table 8, and a floppy disk 11 (hereinafter referred to as FD) for storing the image data. A floppy disk drive 12 (hereinafter referred to as FDD) for reading the contents of the FD 11 and a work memory 13 for temporarily storing the image data read from the FD 11 are also connected.
Next, a method of displaying the inverted image will be described. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing the relationship among the LCD 6, the address conversion table 8 and the video memory 9. First, when the display device 2 is started up, the CPU 10 sets an address for accessing the video memory 9 in the address conversion table 8 as shown in FIG. 3 and clears the contents of the video memory 9. Here, when the speaker or operator sets the FD11 in which the original is stored as image data in the FDD12 and operates the switch 5, the CPU 10 causes the FD11 to display the image data which is the first screen. -Writing to the work memory 13, and further writing the image data on the work memory 13 to the video memory 6.
The LCDC 7 outputs addresses from the top to the bottom of the screen of the LCD 6 in order to access the video memory 9, but the addresses are converted by the address conversion table 8 from the bottom to the top. When the video memory 9 is accessed by the converted address, image data of one line is obtained in order from the bottom to the top of the screen, and an inverted image is displayed on the LCD 6. When the speaker or the operator operates the switch 5, the image data to be the next screen is read from the FD 11 and similarly the inverted image is displayed on the LCD 6.
Next, a method for realizing the smooth scroll will be described. Although an upright image is displayed on the LCD 6 for the sake of simplicity, it is possible to display an inverted image by using the above-mentioned address conversion method together. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing the relationship among the LCD 6, the address conversion table 8, the video memory 9, and the work memory 13. FIG. 4A shows a state in which the first screen is displayed. An address for accessing the video memory 9 is set in the address conversion table 8. FIG. 4B shows a state during scrolling for displaying the next screen.
The contents of the address conversion table 8 are rotated up by one line, and the image data of one line corresponding to the address placed at the end of the address conversion table 8 is read out. From the memory 13 to the video memory 9. A smooth scroll can be realized by repeating the above-described control at arbitrary time intervals. If the third and subsequent screens are read from the FD 11 into another work memory during scrolling, smooth scrolling will not be hindered. The speed of the scroll can be set by the speaker or operator by a switch.
