この考案は鉄塔を含む野外建造物における鳥類
の営巣または休息され易い個所に取付設置され、
物理的に鳥類の接近を阻止する鳥害防止装置に関

置が種々提案されており、心理的に拒否する、デ
コイや大目玉、閃光、異常音又は物理的に拒否す
る網や細線を利用したもの、更にその双方を併用
するもの等、その環境に応じて広く採用されてい
る。この考案は物理的に鳥類の接近を拒否する形
式の、より改良された鳥害防止装置を提案するも

合成樹脂材料を採用した場合、より耐用性を高め
るために材料に対応した支持手段を高配すること
が好ましく、即ち金属との硬度差や経年による材
質変化を加味した支持手段が望まれ、本考案はか

〈実施例〉
第1図は本考案の鳥害防止装置の一ユニツトを
示す図面で、第2図は第1図に示すユニツトを鉄
塔に設置した場合を仮想して示す説明図である。
第1図において、合成樹脂材料から成形してなる
適宜径の線材を所望長に切断してロツド11とな
して、これの複数本をスリーブ12に挿通し略中
央部分に位置させたところでスリーブ12の両端
部13,13′をかしめて該ロツド11を結束す
る。この場合スリーブ12の両端部13,13′
間の幅はロツド11の長さの1/4〜1/3長と幅広に
採つてあり、この幅広のスリーブ12部分を支持
金具14が掴む如くして設けられ、ユニツト1は
構成されている。上記構成によるユニツト1は支
持金具14の透孔15を利用して野外建造物に取
付設置され、アングル鉄塔に設置した場合を仮想

実施例において、ロツド11には2.7mm径のポ

ありかつ、比重1.38と針金の7.86に対し約6分1
と軽量であり、融点は約250℃と針金のそれとは
比較にならないが用途上、野外の炎天下にあつて
も耐熱は充分な許容範囲内にあり本考案の鳥害防
止装置に好適に採用されたのである。なお、金属
との硬度差や経年による材質変化を加味した支持
手段としてロツド11の結束に際してその中央部
分にスリーブ12を幅広に設け、かつ、この部分
を支持金具14が掴むよう構成したから、該ロツ
ド11の建造物への取付部分が間接的に支持され
硬度の低い合成樹脂材料を痛めることなく、ま
た、例えば高所の風勢に煽られる等、外力による
応力の集中が支持部分に直接かかることからも避
けられ、加えて、外気に曝されての材質変化から

て、また合成樹脂材料をロツドに用いたから加工
が容易で軽量に製作され、高所作業での取付設置
に便利であり、かつ幅広のスリーブにより結束し
て該ロツドの格別の保護をなし、従つて当該装置
の耐用性を過分に高めるなどの優れた効果があ
