Abstract

PURPOSE:To make forcible insertion of a plate-like expanded material easy by a method wherein a groove for allowing the expanded material to bend is provided on one side of the expanded material that is to be inserted forcibly into a supporting frame for a heat insulating structural body, and grooves are also provided at the opposite ends on the other side of the expanded material. CONSTITUTION:A plate-like expanded material 1' is prepared in a width that is larger than the width of a supporting frame for a heat insulating structural body. A groove 5 for allowing the expanded material to bend is provided from above approximately to the center of the surface of the plate-like expanded material 1' in its longitudinal direction. The grooves 6 are also provided from below to the opposite ends 3 of the plate-like expanded material 1' in its longitudinal direction. As the material is constructed in a structure as mentioned above, the grooves 6 are crushed when the plate-like expanded material 1' is forcibly inserted into the supporting frame, and permissible dimensional limit between the frames is enlarged thereby. Therefore, forcible insertion of the material can be executed easily and efficiently, while breakage can be prevented from occurring to the material 1' as it is bent by virtue of the groove 5.

2. Description of the Related Art In order to improve the heat insulation of walls and floors of buildings and to efficiently heat and cool indoors and indoors,
Various construction methods and materials for heat insulating structures have been proposed. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-43290, as shown in FIG. 7, a flexible plate-like foam 1 is provided with a notch 2 for bending at a substantially central portion thereof, and an end 3 of the foam has a large number of notches 4 without gaps. A soft plate-like foam for a heat insulating structure is shown arranged in parallel.

This is because when the plate-like foam body set to a size larger than the size of the support frames such as joists is pressed and fixed between the support frames, the allowable size range between the support frames can be set. It is possible to enlarge and make the pressing work of the plate-like foam easy and efficient, and prevent the plate-like foam from being broken or damaged during the pressing work, and also preventing the heat insulating effect of the plate-like foam from decreasing. I was able to do it. Further, it is possible to prevent the gap easily generated between the pressed plate-shaped foam and the support frame by the deformation of the plate-shaped foam.

Although the above-mentioned technique has these advantages, when the width between supporting frames such as joists is too small, there is no gap in the cut, so the allowable size range for the size between supporting frames is limited. However, even if it is bent at the notch for bending, it is difficult to enter between the support frames, and it is necessary to remove the notch at the end of the plate appropriately and adjust the dimensions before fitting it between the support frames.

According to the present invention, when a plate-shaped foam body, which is set to have a size larger than the size of the support frames such as joists, is press-fitted between the support frames and fixed, the space between the support frames can be press-fitted. Expanding the allowable dimension range, making the pressing work of the plate-like foam easy and efficient, preventing breakage and damage of the plate-like foam during press-fitting work and preventing deterioration of the heat insulating effect of the plate-like foam, It is possible to prevent a gap, which is likely to occur between the pressed foam plate and the support frame, by the deformation of the foam plate.

Specific examples of the plate-like foam in the present invention include, for example, high-pressure polyethylene, medium-pressure polyethylene,
Soft foams such as foams of polyolefin resins such as low-pressure polyethylene and polypropylene are generally used, and mixed resin foams of polyethylene and polystyrene, closed-cell foams of soft vinyl chloride resin, mechanical processing (for example, JP-A-57-173140 and JP-A-58-5

The plate-like foam 1'is set to have a width larger than the space between the support frames for the heat insulating structure to be press-fitted, and a bending groove 5 from the upper surface of the plate is provided in the longitudinal direction of the plate at approximately the center of the plate width. A groove 6 is provided at both ends 3 of the plate in the longitudinal direction of the plate from the lower surface of the plate. In order to increase the allowable dimension range for the dimensions between the supporting frames for the heat insulating structure, that is, in order to secure the deformability of the grooves, it is 1 /
A depth of 2 or more is required, and the remaining portion of the groove must be 10 mm or more in order to maintain the strength of the remaining portion required during construction.
Further, the width of the groove is preferably 3 mm to 8 mm, and if it is 8 mm or more, adiabatic defect tends to occur, and if it is 3 mm or less, it is not easy to adjust the width of the plate-shaped foam.

3 and 4 show a procedure for fitting the plate-like foam of the present invention between the support frames 7. When the width of the plate-shaped foam 1'is larger than between the support frames 7 as shown in Fig. 3 (a), one of the end portions 3 of the plate is pressed against the support frame 7 as shown in Fig. 3 (b). When pressed and pressed so that the end groove 6 is crushed to the other end 3 as well, both of the end grooves 6 are crushed, that is, the width of the lower portion of the plate-shaped foam 1'is narrowed by two grooves. In addition, the plate-shaped foam body 1 ′ itself is also compressed, and the support frame 7
The lower part of the plate can be fitted first between them. When it is further pushed in, the flexure groove 5 is crushed as shown in FIG. 3C, and the entire plate-shaped foam body 1 ′ is compressed, so that the plate-shaped foam body 1 ′ having a large width is naturally placed between the support frames 7. Can be installed. Figure 4
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a method of bending the plate-shaped foam 1 along the flexure groove 5 and inserting the plate-shaped foam 1 between the support frames 7 while pressing them. Also in this case, the groove is crushed so that the plate-shaped foam 1'having a large width can be installed between the support frames 7 without difficulty.

Specific examples of the present invention will be shown below. Asahi Kasei's polystyrene high-expansion bead molding (90 times foaming,
(40 mm thick) is cut into appropriate size by fitting it between the supporting frames of the heat insulating structure, and the depth is 30 m from the upper surface of the plate at the center of the plate in the width direction.
A groove with a width of 5 mm and a width of 5 mm is provided by cutting in the longitudinal direction of the plate. A groove with a depth of 30 mm and a width of 5 mm is provided in the longitudinal direction of the plate at a distance of 25 to 30 mm from both ends of the plate. It was As a result, according to the construction method shown in FIG. 3, it was possible to perform construction even if the width of the plate was increased up to 15 mm with respect to the dimension between the heat insulating structure support frames. According to the method of FIG. 4, the width of the plate could be set larger. That is, the allowable dimension range between the heat insulation structure support frames that can be press-fitted can be greatly expanded.

The plate-like foam for a heat insulating structure of the present invention exhibits the following effects. That is, when a plate-shaped foam set larger than the size between supporting frames such as joists is pressed and fixed between the support frames, in addition to being a soft plate-shaped foam, both end portions of the plate are Since a groove is provided in the longitudinal direction of the plate from the bottom surface of the plate, the allowable dimension range between the support frames that can be pressed by expanding the groove is expanded, and the pressing work of the plate-shaped foam can be facilitated. And can be efficient. In addition, since a groove for bending in the longitudinal direction of the plate from the upper surface of the plate is provided in the center of the plate, when the plate is bent and press-fitted between the support frames, the groove at both ends of the plate is By virtue of the synergistic effect of (1), it is possible to prevent breakage and breakage of the plate-shaped foam during press-fitting work and to prevent deterioration of the heat insulation effect of the plate-shaped foam. Further, the compressive elasticity of the plate-shaped foam and the repulsion of each groove are utilized, and thus the gap easily generated between the pressed plate-shaped foam and the support frame can be prevented by the deformation of the entire plate-shaped foam.
