 The present invention relates to a calligraphy underlay. More specifically, it is designed to be slippery when placed on a desk or floor for use, and constructed so that it does not move with the paper as the brush moves during writing. A calligraphy underlay that can be supplied at a relatively low cost that satisfies the requirements.

[Prior Art]

 Conventionally, wool felt has been widely used as an underlay for calligraphy. The wool felt has an advantage that it easily absorbs water and repels ink, but has a small friction coefficient on the surface and is slippery, which tends to hinder writing. In an attempt to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, a synthetic wool foam layer is formed on the lower surface of the wool felt layer, and the lower surface of the synthetic resin layer is formed into a fine uneven surface (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-62799). A structure in which an elastic member made of rubber or the like is attached (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-152491) is disclosed.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

 Even if the underlay provided with the anti-slip measures described above does not necessarily satisfy the productivity aspect even if it is provided with the anti-slip effect, it is widely used in practice due to the recent high cost of the wool felt itself. [Means for Solving the Problems]

 The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The calligraphy underlayment 1 of the present invention requires a configuration in which a sheet material 3 made of a polyolefin-based elastomer and having a thickness of 20 to 100 μm is attached to one surface of a nonwoven fabric 2. The bonding may be performed by using an adhesive, a combination of the adhesive and heat fusion, or heat bonding accompanied by heat fusion. In the above, it is effective that the non-woven fabric 2 has been widely used conventionally, and the one having a thickness of about 0.1 mm to 3 mm (preferably about 0.2 to 1 mm) is practical. It is effective that the sheet material 3 has a thickness of 15 to 200 μm, preferably 20 to 100 μm. A system with a thickness smaller than the above range lacks in durability, while a system with too large thickness lacks flexibility and lacks ease of storage by folding. The thickness within the above range satisfies practicality and economy. The sheet material 3 may be breathable.

 By using the non-woven fabric 2 side as a writing surface, the same underlaying effect as that of the conventional wool felt is satisfied by using the non-woven fabric side, and the sheet material 3 side exhibits an appropriate anti-slip effect due to the friction resistance of the polyolefin elastomer. Even if the underlayment 1 of the present application is contaminated by ink or the like, the contamination can be easily removed by washing with water due to the characteristics of the constituent materials, and the drying after washing with water is also fast. Also, it is difficult to cause wrinkles and creases.

[Example 1] A sheet 3 (made by Tonen Petrochemical Co., Ltd., trade name "LABLAZE FILM") having a thickness of 40 µm and made of a polyolefin elastomer having a thickness of 40 mm is heat-bonded or adhered to a 0.5 mm-thick non-woven fabric 2 in a series of steps. After joining with the agent, the calligraphy underlayment 1 was constructed by cutting it into appropriate sizes. The non-woven fabric 2 and the sheet 3 may be colored in advance such as black, green, dark blue, pink and the like. Further, a system in which heat bonding and bonding with an adhesive are used together may be used.

[Effect of the device]

 The underlay for calligraphy of the present invention exhibits the same underlay effect as a conventional wool felt and can be used for calligraphy practice, and also has a non-slip effect on the desk surface to interfere with writing. It can be put to practical use without worry. Furthermore, even if it is contaminated with ink, it can be easily washed with water, can be reused, and is durable and can be used for a long time. In addition, the underlay of the present application satisfies mass production and can be provided to school children as an underlay for calligraphy practice at a relatively low cost.
