分な有効量でよい。この有効量は、通常、粉体粒
子が細かくなる程多くなるが、好ましくは、粉体
に対し、0.02〜5重量%程度である。例えば、1
〜3μ程度の粒子からなる消石灰粉体に対しては、
0.1〜0.3重量%程度が好ましい。また上記添加に
供されるスルホン酸基含有物質の溶液濃度として
は、特に限定はないが、通常1〜10重量%が好ま
しい。過度の高濃度の溶液は、均一な混合を短時
間に行わせ難い傾向を示す。特に好ましい非発塵
性粉体組成物は、上記の如き発塵性粉体に、スル
ホン化メラミンホルムアルデヒド縮合物のナトリ
ウム又はカリウム塩の3〜7重量%水溶液を、固
形分として該粉体に0.2〜0.5重量%となる量噴霧
状にして加え、粉体混合機中で均一に混合するこ
とによつて得られる。
