CONSTITUTION:The composition of a laminate consisting of two or more kinds of resin layers is constituted of biodegradable polyester 1/polyvinyl alcohol 2/biodegradable polyester 3. Said composition may be constituted of biodegradable polyester 1/polyvinyl alcohol 2/biodegradable polyestezr 3+scrap or biodegradable polyester 1/polyvinyl alcohol 2/biodegradable polyester+scrap/ biodegradable polyester. By this constitution, a resin laminate having biodegradability and excellent in oxygen barrier properties is obtained. The water resistance of po lyvinyl alcohol alone is also improved to adapt the laminate to a packing material.
