Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a speed switching without destroying the contents of a program and to suitably perform a timer recording by switching the recording speed during the gap in a program prior to the last position of a low speed mode switching when timer recording at a standard record mode and the remaining time of the recording medium becomes low. (C)での信号がプログラム部(P)とは異なることが
多いことを利用して、この時間は録画・録音を停止する
ようにしたものはある。本発明は、上述した問題点を解
決するもので、標準モードでタイマ記録中に記録媒体の
残量時間が足りない場合に、プログラム内容を壊すこと
なく、標準モードより低速モードへの速度切換えを行
い、適切にタイマ記録を可能とするタイマ記録の記録速
度切換方法を提供することを目的とする。

度)で録画を特に必要としないコマーシャルや曲間等
(以下、コマーシャルで説明する)が入っているものを
想定している。
