Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain craft decorative woven fabric utilizable as merchandise such as table covers and mats by dividing woven fabric into broad sections with a broad slitter and then chipping the central part between rows of 4 warp yarns in one set with a chipping slitter. CONSTITUTION:Woven fabric 5 is initially divided into broad sections with a broad slitter device 23 while being woven. The divided woven fabric is further chipped in the central part between rows of four warp yarns 1 to 4 in one set with a chipping slitter device 24. Thereby, objective always accurately cuttable and beautiful decorative woven fabric with multicolored patterns in which the four warp yarns are formed into a plain textile weave and weft yarn (B) obtained by twisting the resultant multicolored splashed patterned yarn firmly holding the weft yarn evenly spreads to provide fancy yarn in the form of helical stairs good in appearance without falling off of the weft yarn can be mass-produced by using the fancy yarn.

The four warp yarns 1, 2, 3, 4 are warped in an aligned state, and a set of four warp yarns A are arranged in parallel in a warp-parallel manner at a predetermined interval L. The wefts B of plural colors B 1 , B 2 , B 3, ... Are weft-inserted into the plain weave into the multi-row warp group A in consideration of the pattern of the product, and the weft 5 is arranged on the loom when the fabric 5 is wound up. With a large width slitter device 23 in which about 3 to 8 slitters 6 are suspended, the warp yarn group A is cut between the rows and wound up.
The divided woven fabric 5 ′ is transferred to the shredder slitter device 24, and the slitter 6 is applied to the lower side of the divided woven fabric 5 ′ so that the cutting of the inter-row intermediate portion of the warp group A can be confirmed from above. Is transferred to form the multicolored Kasuri thread 7, and the multicolored Kasuri thread 7 is twisted to form a plurality of colors B 1
Weft B of B 2 , B 3 ...
And a decorative woven cloth 9 is woven by using the change yarn 8 to form a craft decorative cloth.

Further, the woven cloth 5 is divided by a large width slitter device.
23 is arranged on the loom, and first, a divided woven fabric 5 ′ having an appropriate width is prepared, and the slitter 6 is attached to the slitter 6 from the lower side of the woven fabric 5 by the shredding slitter device 24 in which the divided woven fabric 5 ′ is separately installed. When the divided woven fabric 5 ′ is transferred in a state where the cutting of the inter-row intermediate portion of the group A can be confirmed from above, it can be always confirmed whether or not the inter-row intermediate portion of the warp group A is cut. If it gets crazy, correct it so that it cuts in the correct position.

Explaining in detail one example of the implementation structure, as the warp yarn A, a 100-thickness cotton yarn is used, and the warp yarns are warped, for example, 180 sets at intervals L with a margin for cutting.
As the weft thread B, three cotton threads having a thickness of 10 are combined, and weft threads B of plural colors B 1 , B 2 , B 3, ... Are used according to the pattern of the product. That is, the weft insertion width of one color of the weft is adjusted to the color-classified division yarn 22.

The slitter device 23 is installed at a position where it is guided downward to wind up the woven cloth 5, and six slitters 6 are provided.
It is desirable to divide it by. In this case, the slitter 6 may be pressed from either the front side or the back side of the woven cloth 5. The chopping slitter device 24 shown in FIG. 7 has the winding balls 17 of the divided woven fabric 5'installed below the machine frame 18, and the slitter 6 is arranged below the divided woven fabric 5'when it is pulled out and transferred upward. A guide roller 10 which is installed from above and a guide roller 11 which supports the lower side are arranged in the front and rear, and, for example, 180 rows of warp thread groups A are first cut into 6 pieces by a wide slitter device 23, and then the One piece of the divided woven cloth 5'is further cut into 30 pieces. The cut product is guided and wound by a slitter guide 12 having a guide groove with a correct cut width. When the cutting position shifts, the idle roll 14 is arranged on the front side, so that the divided woven fabric 5'can be easily moved to the right and left by hand and adjusted to the correct position.

Since the present invention employs the above-mentioned manufacturing method, first, the woven cloth is woven, and the woven cloth is divided into large pieces by the large width slitting device, and the divided woven cloth is further cut into the slitting and slitting devices. With this, the central part between the rows of four warps is shredded, so that the warp can always be cut accurately, and when the four warps are twisted into a multicolored Kasuri thread that firmly holds the weft with a flat design. The weft becomes a spiral staircase-shaped variable yarn that spreads out evenly and does not fall off, and it also becomes a variable yarn that does not drop the weft yarn.
This modified yarn is used to produce a beautiful decorative woven fabric having a multicolor pattern, which is a method for producing a craft decorative woven fabric.
