In this conventional scrub soap, a nut or a resin such as polyethylene is granularly formed as a scrub material, and a plurality of the scrub materials are arranged in the soap body. By doing this, for example, when paint, paint, oil, etc. adheres to the hand, the scrub material makes it easier to remove dirt that is difficult to remove with normal soap, and the scrub material rubs the skin to cause blood circulation. It was made to improve.

According to the method for producing a scrub soap of the present invention, after forming wax such as carnavallo or candelillaro into a granular form, it is impregnated with glycerin to form a scrub material having a specific gravity approximately equal to that of the soap. Then, a plurality of this scrubbing material is put into a molten soap body, and the soap body is stirred. And it is a method of cooling and solidifying the soap body.

As the wax, any wax having a melting point higher than the melting point of the soap body can be used, and examples thereof include carnavallo, candelilla, sugar cane low, ceramic low, chew claw, palm low and beeslow. Then, one kind or two or more kinds selected from these is mixed with titanium oxide, a pigment and the like to form a granular form, and then the specific gravity adjusting agent is impregnated therein. Specifically, the scrubbing material 2 is performed as follows.

The titanium oxide serves to adjust the specific gravity and color tone of the scrubbing material 2, while the pigment serves to color the scrubbing material 2. In addition, this pigment is a scrub material 2
When placed in the soap body 1, it must be one that does not dissolve in water or alcohol of the soap body. For example, ultramarine blue, cadmium yellow, red iron oxide, chrome yellow, lead white, titanium white, carbon black. And the like, or azo-based, triphenylmethane-based, quinoline-based, anthraquinone-based, and phthalocyanine-based organic pigments. Further, this pigment may be used by dissolving it in castor oil, and by doing so, the oil component of castor oil can be added to the scrubbing material 2 and can act as a superfatting agent. Further, when it is desired to increase the oil content, when dissolving with castor oil, the oil content such as scrawan is added to the castor oil so that more oil content can be contained.

As a result, glycerin enters the hollow portion of the wax, and the granular wax can be impregnated with glycerin, and the scrubbing material 2 of the present invention can be obtained. Here, the reason why the wax is impregnated with glycerin is to increase the specific gravity of the wax.

The specific gravity of soap is about 1, while it is only about 0.9. Therefore, in a frame kneading soap such as a transparent soap obtained by adding an additive such as a pigment or a scrubbing material 2 in a molten state and then pouring it into a frame to cool and solidify, the molten soap body 1 If it is put inside as it is, even if it is dispersed in the soap main body 1, it is entirely floated above the soap main body 1, and it is difficult to disperse and mix it.

By doing so, the specific gravity of the scrubbing material 2 and the soap body 1 can be easily adjusted. Although the above-mentioned titanium oxide also adjusts the specific gravity of the wax, if a large amount of titanium oxide is added, the wax cannot be held in a predetermined color. Therefore, titanium oxide alone has the same specific gravity as that of the soap body 1. It cannot be adjusted to. Therefore,
Titanium oxide is to be finely adjusted in advance so that the specific gravity of the granular wax after entering the hollow portion of glycerin is about 1.

Since the specific gravity of the and soap body 1 is about the same,
Each of the scrubbing materials 2 ... 2 dispersed in the entire soap body 1 by stirring is held at the disposition position. Then, by cooling and solidifying the molten soap body 1, the scrub soap in which the scrubbing material 2 as shown in FIG. 1 is dispersed and disposed in the entire soap body 1 can be easily obtained.

It can be used comfortably on the skin. On the other hand, after use, the wax oil acts as a superfatting agent, and the oil can be appropriately replenished to the skin, and blood circulation can be improved by friction between particles. Further, in the method for producing a scrub soap of the present invention, after forming the wax into granules and forming a scrub material by impregnating with glycerin, the specific gravity of the scrub material containing a wax lighter than the specific gravity of the soap is By impregnating glycerin, which is heavier than the specific gravity, the specific gravity of the soap can be made approximately the same. Therefore, just put the scrubbing material in the molten soap body and stir the soaping body to disperse the scrubbing material in the soap body.
The scrubbing material can be held in the dispersed state, and the scrubbing material can be prevented from floating above the soap body or sinking below.

On the other hand, after use, the wax oil acts as a superfatting agent, and the oil can be appropriately replenished to the skin, and blood circulation can be improved by friction between particles. Further, in the method for producing a scrub soap of the present invention, in order to make the specific gravity of the scrub material approximately the same as the specific gravity of the soap, the scrub material is put in a molten soap body and the soap body is stirred to scrub the soap body. The scrubbing material can be held in the dispersed state only by dispersing it inside. As a result, it is possible to prevent the scrubbing material from floating above the soap body or sinking below the soap body. Therefore, in the frame kneading soap such as transparent soap obtained by pouring into the frame and cooling and solidifying, the scrubbing material can be easily dispersed throughout the soap body. As described above, the present invention can provide a useful and practical scrub soap which is good in skin feel during use, does not cause rough skin after use, and can improve blood circulation, and a method for producing the same.
