Further, as a partitioning tool for assembling plate materials, there are a partitioning tool in which a plurality of partitioning tools are assembled in a cross shape using a slit to form a cross shape or a grid shape, and a partitioning tool is bonded and assembled. Since the parts themselves are thin plate materials, they have the advantage that they can be stacked and stored in a low volume, packed, and transported, but since they are a combination of multiple parts to complete as a partition tool, it takes time to assemble and The troublesome parts management was also necessary.
In particular, as the number of storage spaces partitioned increases, the number of parts also increases, and the above problem becomes more remarkable. The present invention has been made paying attention to such a point.
An object of the present invention is to provide a partitioning tool that can be manufactured using a single plate material and that can partition many storage spaces.

Fold the plate material to form a pair of wall portions that face each other across the linear slit, and set inner folding lines on both wall portions at positions corresponding to both ends of the linear slit, and Outer fold lines are set on the both wall portions at intermediate positions in the longitudinal direction, and overlapping portions at both ends of the both wall portions facing each other and a folded portion by each outer fold line are supported on the peripheral wall of the container body. Configured to. Alternatively, a plurality of linear slits are formed in series in the central portion of the rectangular plate material at appropriate intervals, and the plate material is folded up using the extension lines of these linear slits as folding lines to sandwich the linear slits. Forming a pair of wall portions facing each other, and setting inner folding lines on the both wall portions at positions corresponding to both ends of the linear slit, and at the intermediate positions in the longitudinal direction of the linear slits, on the both wall portions, respectively. An outer folding line is set, and overlapping portions at both ends of the both wall portions facing each other and a folded portion formed by each outer folding line are configured as a supporting portion to the peripheral wall of the container body. The plate material may be a paperboard, a thin aluminum plate, or a thin plastic plate such as polypropylene, polyethylene, or styrene.

Also, as shown in FIG. 13, the inner fold line c
By setting another inner folding line e between the outer folding line d and the outer folding line d, it is possible to obtain a cross-shaped partitioning tool 2 in which a diamond-shaped storage space is formed in the center as shown in FIG. ..
When two linear slits are formed, the above-described cross-shaped and hollow cross-shaped composite combination can be formed.
It is possible to obtain the partitioning tool 2 having the shape shown in the inside, or the partitioning tool 2 having the shape as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8.

(1) It has become possible to easily manufacture a partitioning tool that can partition many storage spaces by using one plate material. (2) Since there is only one part for each partitioning tool, parts management is easy, and assembly can be done efficiently with no error in assembly. (3) As materials before assembly, they can be stacked and handled in a low volume, which is convenient for storage, packaging, transportation, and the like. (4) Since the wall parts located on both sides of the slit are formed into various shapes by bending, the plate material may be rectangular, and the plate material can be cut out from the raw material with a good yield, and in this respect also the practical effect is great. .. (5) In particular, when a paper material is used as the plate material, it can be manufactured at low cost.

And a container case 3 made of plastic for accommodating the container body 1. The container body 1 has a double side plate 1b formed by folding in half around a rectangular bottom plate portion 1a, and is made by bending a sheet of paperboard. The partitioning tool 2 is made by bending one sheet of paperboard (an example of a board material) and assembling it, and FIG. 3 (a), (b), (c)
The configuration and the assembling procedure will be described based on. Figure 3
(A) shows a paperboard, which is a material stamped from the base paper, and has an elongated rectangular shape as a whole, and only the surface is printed or coated. 2 in the center of this paperboard
The straight slits 4a and 4b of the book are formed in series, the fold line a of the valley fold is formed on the extension line of the straight slits 4a and 4b, and the fold line b of the mountain fold is formed on both sides thereof in parallel. Has been done. Then, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C, by performing a valley fold along the fold line a and a mountain fold along the fold line b, the pair of mountain-folded wall portions 5a and 5b are combined. The linear slits 4a and 4b are opposed to each other by sandwiching them. Further, inner fold lines c are set on both wall portions 5a, 5b at positions corresponding to both ends of each linear slit 4a, 4b, respectively, and both wall portions 5a, 5a are formed at the central position in the longitudinal direction of each linear slit 4a, 4b. The outer fold line d is set to 5b, and the inner fold line c and the outer fold line d in the right half portion are set.
Further, an inner folding line e is set between and. Both walls 5
When the inner folding lines c and e of a and 5b and the outer folding line d are bent, the result is as shown in FIG. Here, in the left half part, when it is bent at an inner fold line c at a right angle and folded at the outer fold line d,
A cross-shaped partition wall is formed as shown in the left half of FIG. Further, in the right half part, when it is bent at 45 ° along the inner fold lines c and e and folded along the outer fold line d, a hollow cross-shaped partition wall having a diamond-shaped storage space is formed in the right half part in FIG. It is formed. In addition, the material of the paperboard is formed into a shape in which a projection 6 is formed at the end of each partition wall thus formed so as to be inserted into and supported by the positioning hole 5 formed in the side wall 1b of the container body 1. Die cut. The protrusion 6 is shown in FIG.
It may be formed into a hook shape to provide a retaining function as shown in FIG. 3, and the shape can be set arbitrarily. Further, the walls 5a, 5b are further provided with a folding line parallel to the folding line b in the forming material, and by bending this material so as to have a hollow triangular cross section, the walls 5a, 5b are formed into a triangular cross section. It may be formed so as to have a hollow wall. In this case, the wall strength is increased, which is advantageous.
