Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the transmission of vibrations generated by reciprocating motion to the outside by setting off said vibrations and to reduce a wt. and a size by reciprocally moving both upper and lower hammer banks in left and right directions in mutually opposite phases by two shuttle cams. CONSTITUTION:In a printing mechanism part, both upper and lower hammer banks 1a, 1b are reciprocally moved in left and right directions in mutually opposite phases by the shuttle cams 2, 3 respectively arranged to one end parts of said banks. By this constitution, the vibrations generated by reciprocating motion are set off to be prevented from the transmission to the outside. The wt. and size of the printing mechanism part is made half those of the hammer banks. In this case, both upper and lower hammer banks 1a, 1b are constituted so as to have the same structure and both left and right end parts thereof are supported by bearings 5a, 5b; 6a, 6b. The respective shuttle cams 2, 3 are supported by a support part 4 so that the phases thereof are shifted by 180 deg. and driven by one motor not shown in a drawing.

(図示省略)で駆動してハンマバンク11の運動による
振動をバランサ15の運動によって吸収して外部に伝達
しないようにしている。
