A conventional high-temperature fuse sensor of this type, which is an object of improvement of the present invention, will be explained with reference to FIG. 1 is an outer tube made of a heat-resistant metal, 2a and 2b are a pair of lead wires made of a heat-resistant metal embedded in the outer tube 1 by a heat-resistant insulating filler 3, and 4 is a sealing made of a heat-resistant material. The body 5 is a cap made of heat-resistant metal and is welded 6 to the outer tube 1. Reference numeral 7 denotes a temperature fuse made of a fusible metal wire that melts at a predetermined temperature, one end of which is welded and connected to the leader wire 2a, and the other end connected to the leader wire 2b by a connecting wire 8 made of a heat-resistant metal wire. There is.

However, the conventional high-temperature fuse sensor described above has the following problems. (1) In cases of severe shock or vibration, the wire may break due to the stress of the shock or vibration before the temperature of the device reaches an abnormally high temperature. (2) The soluble metal melted due to the abnormally high temperature of the equipment is scattered due to impact and vibration, and the leader wire 2
A, 2b or between the lead wires 2a, 2b and the cap 5 may be short-circuited. An object of the present invention is to provide a high temperature temperature fuse sensor that is free from such a phenomenon.

The high-temperature fuse sensor of the present invention has a temperature fuse made of a fusible metal wire that melts at a predetermined temperature inserted into one hole of a heat-resistant two-hole insulating tube, and two wires made of a heat-resistant metal wire connected to both ends of the temperature fuse. One of the lead wires is passed through the other hole of the two-hole insulating tube, and these two lead wires are buried inside the outer tube made of a heat-resistant metal with a heat-resistant insulating filler. An embodiment of the present invention characterized in that the two-hole insulating tube is placed at the tip of the outer tube and covered with a cap made of heat-resistant metal will be described with reference to FIG. 1
2 is an outer tube, 2a and 2b are lead wires, 3 is a filler, 4 is a sealing body, 5 is a cap, 6 is a welded part, and 7 is a temperature fuse. These structures differ from the conventional structure shown in Fig. 2. do not have. In the present invention, the temperature fuse 7 is inserted into one hole of a two-hole insulating tube 9 made of a heat-resistant insulator, and the lead wires 2a, 2b are welded and connected to both ends of the temperature fuse 7. One of the lead wires 2a is passed through the other hole of the two-hole insulating tube 9. The two-hole insulating tube 9 is placed at the tip of the outer tube 1 filled with a heat-resistant insulating filler 3, and is covered with a cap 5 made of a heat-resistant metal. Note that the tip of the two-hole insulating tube 9 is connected to the cap 5.

Since the high-temperature fuse sensor of the present invention has the above configuration, it has the following effects. (1)
Since the temperature fuse 7 is stably supported inside the two-hole insulating tube 9, it will not be broken by impact or vibration. (2) When the temperature fuse blows, the molten soluble metal stays inside the two-hole insulating tube 9 and does not scatter due to shock or vibration, so the molten soluble metal does not short circuit due to shock or vibration. No accidents will occur. (3) Since the two-hole insulating tube 9 is stably fixed within the cap 5, the effects of (1) and (2) above are ensured.
