【産業上の利用分野】本発明は廃棄物処理用収納体に関
する。さらに詳しくは、使用時はシート状であり、捕獲
した有害動物を廃棄するときはこれを拘束、収納する収
納体に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術および発明が解決しようとする課題】従
来、粘着捕獲型のねずみ捕獲シートがあったが（実開昭
51-39079号公報など）、ねずみが捕獲されても、ねずみ
の死骸が見えたまま捨てなければならず、きわめて不快
なものであった。
【０００３】またねずみ捕獲シート自体が、ねずみが捕
獲されると丸まるものがあったがこのものでも、やはり
ねずみの体を隠すことはできず、長いねずみのシッポが
はみ出していたりして気持のよいものではなかった。一
方、粘着捕獲型のものでも不透明基材からなるトンネル
式のものがあったが、これはねずみに対して警戒心を起
させ、捕獲効果が悪いと共に、前記同様たとえ捕獲され
ても、体半分やシッポが捕獲器外部にとび出しており、
やはり不快感をぬぐいきれず、衛生上も好ましくないと
いう大きな欠点を有していた。
【０００４】また捕獲器の一端に収納袋を設けたもの
（特公昭41-17609号公報、実開昭53-103876 号公報）も
知られているが、これらの捕獲器では袋内でねずみが動
くので、処理するときに気味がわるく、ばあいにより袋
が喰い破られて逃げられるという致命的な問題がある。
【０００５】本発明は前記従来の問題点を一掃すること
を目的として鋭意研究の結果完成したものである。
【０００６】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の廃棄物処理収納
体（以下、単に収納体という）は、有害動物を落し込む
ための開口部が形成されたシート状基材と、前記開口部
に設けられた粘着捕獲シートと、前記開口部における、
前記粘着捕獲シートと反対側の面にその入口が接続さ
れ、全体が扁平状に折り畳まれた、有害動物を前記粘着
捕獲シートごと収納するための袋体とから構成されてい
る。
【０００７】
【作用】本発明の収納体は前記のごとく構成されている
ので、基材上に侵入してきた有害動物を粘着捕獲シート
によって粘着捕獲することができる。さらに基材の有害
動物落し込み用の開口部が袋体への通路となっているの
で、捕獲後は基材を上方へそのまま持上げるだけできわ
めて効果的、衛生的かつ簡単に完全に袋体中に粘着捕獲
されたままの有害動物を自動的に納めることができる。
したがってなんの不快感もなく廃棄処理が行なえる。
【０００８】さらに袋体内へ有害動物を落し込めば粘着
捕獲シートの周辺部が袋体の内面に付着するので、有害
動物の動きを確実に拘束し、逃がさないという効果があ
る。すなわち本発明の収納体では、粘着捕獲シートが有
害動物の捕獲手段と廃棄時の拘束手段とを兼用するので
ある。
【０００９】本発明において、基材の形態は、シート状
であり、かつ有害動物を落しこむための開口部を有する
ものであればとくに限定はない。
【００１０】基材の材質は、紙（耐水紙が好ましい）、
合成紙、天然樹脂、合成樹脂などの単独および組合せを
例示しうる。
【００１１】基材の形状・大きさは、あまり大きくても
場所をとるだけであり、コスト的にも無駄が多く、逆に
小さすぎると有害動物を捕獲する上での実用性がなくな
るので、有害動物の種類により適当に決定すればよい。
また、有害動物の種類によってはその性質から、室内な
どのコーナーを通過することが多いので、矩形状、わん
曲状などのコーナーに合致するような形状のものでもよ
い。
【００１２】本発明においては、粘着捕獲シートによる
捕獲方式を採用している。そのため安全性、衛生上、コ
スト的な面で有利である。また本発明を実施する上で、
粘着捕獲シートが袋体内で有害動物をその粘着性によ
り、袋体内底面にて固定してしまうので、有害動物は身
動きがとれなくなり、袋体を喰いちぎられる心配も著し
く少なくなるので有利である。
【００１３】前記粘着捕獲シートの粘着剤は通常使用さ
れる害獣捕獲に用いられている粘着剤であれば、各種の
ものを単独あるいは組合せたものなど任意である。ここ
で害獣とは、ねずみなどのげっ歯類動物、ヘビなどのハ
虫類、ハトなどの鳥類、野犬などのイヌ科の動物などを
いう。
【００１４】前記粘着剤は各種薬剤を併用してもよく、
たとえば殺鼠剤、げっ歯類動物および害虫の誘引剤、殺
虫剤、殺菌剤、脱臭剤、芳香・消臭剤、ミョウバンなど
の防腐剤の少なくとも１種以上をあげうる。
【００１５】前記粘着捕獲シートは、基材に形成される
開口部を通路として通過しうる大きさの適当なシート状
の間接部材に粘着剤を塗布することにより構成してもよ
い。また基材の一部を容易に分離しうるように形成し、
その部分の上面に粘着剤を直接塗布することにより構成
することもできる。この分離部は当然捕獲すべき動物よ
りも大きくしておくことが必要である。そして、この分
離部が分離したあとの開口は有害動物が前記分離部と共
に通過する前記開口部となる。
【００１６】前記間接部材（および分離できる基材の一
部）は粘着剤を塗布しうるものであれば、形態的にはシ
ート状、板状、皿状、マット状、網目などを例示できる
が、これらのものに限定されない。材質も塗布可能な限
り任意である。特許請求の範囲にいう粘着捕獲シートと
はそれらに粘着剤を塗布したものをすべて含む概念であ
る。粘着捕獲シートの形状、大きさは、前記基材の形
状、大きさに合わせて適宜に決められる。また、折曲げ
容易なものや変形自在なものが好ましく、さらに粘着剤
の流出や流動を防止するために、シート状や板状のばあ
いは公知の流動防止手段を用いうる。
【００１７】本発明において、袋体の形態は、使用時に
扁平にしておけるものであって有害動物が納まる程度の
ものであればよく、もちろんその種類によって大きさや
形状などは異なるが、袋状折畳み式のものなどを例示し
うる。材質も、封筒状、袋状、折り畳み式（蛇腹式を含
む）としたときに支障のない限り任意である。
【００１８】袋体の基材開口部への設け方は、一体もし
くは着脱自在に設けられる。このとき、袋体の開口部へ
の取付部は封筒型のゴミ袋状を有するばあいは適当なヒ
ダ状、短冊状、ヒモ状などの余白部分を袋体の上端入口
の対向２面を延長部として形成することが必要である。
このような特定の袋を用いることにより、形態も簡単
で、材料も少なくて済み、輸送時にもかさばらないので
有利である。
【００１９】また、たとえば正・背面が図６(A) 、底面
が図６(B)、左右側面が図６(C) にそれぞれ示すような
袋状の袋体20のばあいも前記袋状袋体と同様にヒダ状な
どの余白部分を設けることが有利である。これら余白部
分は袋体の一部に切込みを入れるなどして、袋体の一部
が兼ねてもよく、別に設けてもよい。さらに袋体の形態
が蛇腹形式のもの、伸縮自在形式のものでは、できるだ
けかさばらないように、適当な着脱自在なテープ、クリ
ップなどの止着部材により固定しておくのがよい。すな
わち前記形式の袋体自体を止めたり、袋体を基材に固定
してかさばらないように止めておく。また、袋体の形
態、材質により容易に扁平状になるものもあるのでこの
ような場合は止着部材を要せず、また基材の一部に構造
的に止着効果を与えうるような押片を設けるときも止着
部材を必要としない。

【実施例】つぎに添付図面を参照しながら本発明の収納
体を説明する。
【００２１】図１は本発明の収納体の一実施例を示す一
部切欠斜視図、図２は図１のII−II線断面図、図３〜４
はそれぞれ本発明の収納体の他の実施例を示す断面図、
図５は図１の収納体を用いて有害動物を捕獲した状態を
示す一部切欠正面図、図６(A) 〜(C) はそれぞれ本発明
の収納体における袋体の一例を示す正面図、底面図およ
び側面図である。

を呈した平板状の基材２と矩形の粘着捕獲シート３と袋
体４とから構成されている。
【００２３】基材２の中央部には前記粘着捕獲シート３
が通過しうる大きさの矩形の開口部５が形成されてい
る。
【００２４】開口部５上に粘着捕獲シート３を設けると
きは、図１に示すように、貼着捕獲シート３の両端に舌
片６を形成し、一方、基材２の開口部５周縁近辺にスリ
ット７を形成し、前記舌片６をスリット７に挿入して係
止しておくこともできる。
【００２５】なお、図１においては舌片６とスリット７
とからなる係止部が開口部５の対向２辺それぞれの中央
部に形成されているがそれに限定されることはない。た
とえば粘着捕獲シート３が反転しやすいように中央から
一方へずれた位置に設けてもよい。
【００２６】袋体４は、図２に示すように基材２の下面
に蛇腹状に折り畳まれて備えられている。このばあい、
袋体４の入口周縁に形成されたヒダ部８が基材２の下面
に接合されている。そしてこの袋体４を引き延ばせば、
たとえば図１中の２点鎖線で示すような形状となる。
【００２７】なお、ヒダ部８は袋体４の入口周縁の４辺
共に形成してもよいが、たとえば対向２辺あるいは３辺
に形成してもよい。また、図３に示されるごとく、ヒダ
部８を基材２の上面に接合してもよい。
【００２８】図４には基材９の片側半分に開口部10が形
成され、袋体11が基材９の下面全面に収容されるように
仮止めされた収納体12が示されている。この収納体12の
ばあい、有害動物を袋体11内に落し込んだあと基材９を
２つ折りにすればちょうど開口部10が基材９自体で蓋さ
れるようになるので好ましい。
【００２９】使用に際し、収納体１、12（以下、１で代
表させる）をネズミなど有害動物の通りそうな場所に置
いておく。そして、基材２の開口部５上に仮着された粘
着捕獲シート３でもって有害動物が粘着捕獲されたと
き、基材２をそのまま上方へ持上げるだけで、かの有害
動物が粘着捕獲シート３と共に開口部５を通じて袋体４
中に落下する。そのあとは、たとえば基材２を２つ折り
にして開口部５を閉じれば簡単に有害動物を袋体中に隠
ペイでき（図５参照）、このまま収納体１ごと、あるい
は袋体４だけを基材２から分離することにより、ゴミ箱
などへ廃棄できる。したがって、ネズミなどの有害動物
の死骸をみることなく、きわめて衛生的かつ不快な思い
をすることなしに行なえる。なお袋体４中では粘着捕獲
シート３が、有害動物の体の上におおいかぶさった状態
となり、粘着捕獲シート３の粘着剤が、収納体１内面に
付着し、有害動物を身動きできなくしてしまう効果をも
有するものである。
【００３０】なお、図示されてはいないが基材の開口部
周囲の部分を広く形成し、折りやすくするためにミシン
目などを施した収納体も本発明に含まれる。このものは
扁平なシート状のまま使用することもできるが、以下の
ごとく、本発明の範囲には含まれない立体的な形状に組
立てたものとして使用することもできる。すなわち、基
材を三角筒や四角筒状に構成し、開口部と粘着捕獲シー
