BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Generally,
In cultivating the seed radish, garlic and the like, the seed spheres are planted in a field. For example, when the seed bud is radish, it is necessary to give sufficient consideration to the planting depth, planting interval and the like. That is, when seedlings are deeply planted, the growth of buds is inhibited, while when shallowly planted, the Japanese radish is exposed to sunlight and air and turns blue. Is not done enough,
If the planting interval is made wider than necessary, the utilization efficiency of the field will decrease. However, in the past, it is the actual situation that seed balls are manually planted one by one in the planting groove formed in advance with a groove making machine, and therefore, the planting depth and planting interval may inevitably cause variations, or work However, the planting efficiency was low and the workability was also a problem due to the heavy labor.

On the other hand, 14 is a planting device for a tape-shaped seed ball T which is connected to the rear part of the tractor 15. The planting device 14 is located behind the tilling part 16 and has a substantially V-shaped planting groove M.
A groove 17 for making a groove, a guide roller 19 for feeding a tape-shaped seedling T from the reel 13 set on a frame 18, and a soil cover plate 20 for covering the planting groove M with soil.
And are sequentially arranged. That is, the tilling section 16
The tape-shaped seed spheres T are successively fed into the planting grooves M formed in the rear of the plant, and the soil is then covered with the tape-shaped seed spheres T. Since the stem portion Pa is connected by the adhesive tape 10, the stem portion Pa stands upright by its own weight, and is guided by the inclined surface of the planting groove M to be surely planted at the groove bottom portion. Also,
The frame 18 is provided with a brake member 21 slidably contacting the outer circumference of the reel 13, and the tape action of the tape-shaped seed ball T is constantly maintained by the braking action of the brake member 21. The variation of the planting interval due to the looseness of the seeds is prevented, and the seed balls P are prevented from falling back and forth.

By the way, the soil cover plate 20 is for covering the planting groove M by breaking down the mountain portions Y formed on the left and right sides of the planting groove M at the time of working groove, but in the embodiment, the mountain portion Y is covered. The shape of the soil cover plate 20 is set so as to leave a part of the mountain portion Y without breaking it all. That is, the amount of soil cover at the time of planting is promoted to promote the growth of sprout of the seed ball P, and thereafter, the amount of soil cover is gradually increased due to the natural collapse of the mountain portion Y due to wind, rain, or the like. By increasing the number, the seed ball P is prevented from being exposed to sunlight or air.

In the embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above, the tape-shaped seed balls T pre-manufactured by the manufacturing apparatus 1 are set on the planting apparatus 14 while being wound on the reel 13, and the tape is reeled off from the reel 13. Preparation is completed by pulling out the seed ball T and temporarily fixing its tip at the planting start position.
Then, when the airframe traveling is started in this state, in the rear of the tilling section 16, the groove for planting M, the feeding of the tape-shaped seed ball T into the groove, and the covering of the planting groove M are sequentially performed, and the tape-shaped seed M is formed. The balls T will be continuously and automatically planted. Therefore, the work efficiency can be significantly improved as compared with the conventional case where the seed balls P are manually planted one by one, but the workability can also be significantly improved.

In addition, since the tape-shaped seed sphere T is connected to the adhesive tape 10 in a uniform posture in which the seed sphere P has a planting interval in advance, the planting interval and planting depth do not vary and extremely accurate. As a result, the seedlings P are well planted, and as a result, the seedlings P are manually planted one by one, so that the growth of the sprouts is hindered due to the variation in the planting depth, and the Japanese radish is exposed to sunlight and air. It is possible to surely solve the inconvenience such as turning blue, the obstruction of the sphere division due to the variation in the planting interval, and the inconvenience of the reduction of the utilization efficiency in the field.

Furthermore, since the tape-shaped seed sphere T of the embodiment is obtained by connecting the stem portion Pa of the seed sphere P with the adhesive tape 10, it becomes upright by its own weight at the time of planting. In addition, the structure of the planting device 14 can be simplified by not requiring any additional mechanism for erecting the tape-shaped seed balls T.

Further, in the embodiment, the tape-shaped seed ball T is planted in the V-groove-shaped planting groove M.
The tape-shaped seed balls T can be reliably guided to the groove bottom by the inclined groove side surfaces, and thus the tape-shaped seed balls T are caught in the middle of the planting groove M and shallowly planted. This can be reliably prevented.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, the mountain portions Y formed on the left and right sides of the planting groove M at the time of making the groove are covered with the soil cover plate 20.
However, since the amount of covering soil at the time of planting is made small by leaving a part of the mountain portion Y, it is possible to promote the growth of the sprouts of the seed ball P, or later. In the above, the seed ball P can be prevented from being exposed to sunlight or air by gradually increasing the amount of soil cover based on the fact that the mountain portion Y naturally collapses due to wind, rain, etc., and as a result, it is cultivated. The quality of root vegetables can be dramatically improved.

Moreover, since the tape-shaped seed spheres, in which the seed spheres are continuously arranged with a predetermined planting interval, are planted in the field as they are, the planting intervals and the planting depth do not vary and the planting is performed very accurately. As a result, as in the conventional method in which seed balls were individually planted one by one, the growth of sprouts was hindered due to the variation in planting depth, and the seed balls were exposed to sunlight and air, and the quality was improved. It is possible to eliminate all inconveniences such as a decrease in the number, inconveniences such as the shunt being blocked due to the variation in the planting interval, and the reduction in the utilization efficiency of the field.
