PRIOR ART AND PROBLEMS There is a demand for a sufficient daily deodorant effect, water absorption, and gelation for a large amount of watery filth that produces offensive odors such as urine and an offensive odor, and to lead a comfortable daily life. It is rising. Conventionally, a super absorbent polymer having a good water absorbing performance for urine is put in a diaper for children or aged people to gel the urine, but the odor itself is not deodorized. Further, although a deodorant can be put in a simple toilet or the like to deodorize a bad odor, when a large amount of urine is used, it is uncomfortable to dispose of contents from a toilet bowl with a shab shubb. Further, although urine can be gelled to reduce the discomfort caused by the processing operation, the odor is not deodorized and the discomfort is accompanied in any case.

The present inventor has found that even if a super absorbent polymer and a deodorant coexist, their performances are not impaired, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and other complex odors are deodorized, and a large amount of water is contained. As a result of diligent studies to develop an agent having a deodorizing action and a water absorbing action for gelling the deodorant object, the powder containing a weak amphoteric metal acid salt or oxide, an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and a superabsorbent resin The present invention has been accomplished by finding that a body mixture achieves the above object. That is, the present invention relates to a water-absorbing deodorant composition comprising a powder mixture containing a weak amphoteric acid salt or oxide, an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and a superabsorbent resin. As the weakly acidic salt or oxide of the amphoteric metal used in the present invention, there are weak acid salts or oxides of zinc, cadmium, aluminum, tin, lead, arsenic, antimony, etc., but those which are toxic and expensive are excluded. , Zinc compounds are useful, and basic zinc carbonate and zinc oxide are particularly useful for the purpose of the present invention.

Any unsaturated carboxylic acid may be used, but fumaric acid is particularly useful in terms of economical efficiency, easy handling, and solubility in water. On the other hand, the super absorbent polymer used in the present invention includes carboxymethyl cellulose, polyethylene oxide partially crosslinked product, starch-acrylonitrile, hydrolyzate of graft copolymer, polyacrylate partially crosslinked product and the like, but many commercially available products. It is necessary to select one of the above-mentioned weak amphoteric acid salts or oxides and the ion generated when the unsaturated carboxylic acid is dissociated in the solvent, which does not deteriorate the water absorption performance of the super absorbent polymer. When coexisting with these compounds, as the most preferable resin that does not reduce the water absorption performance, reverse phase suspension polymerization in an organic solvent is carried out to carry out the crosslinking reaction with the crosslinking agent, and the surface portion has a particularly high crosslink density and excellent saltwater absorption capacity. Acrylic acid polymer (JP-A-56
-131608) is useful for the purposes of the present invention. The water absorbent deodorant composition of the present invention can be obtained as a powder mixture of each component. The ratio of each component may be appropriately changed as necessary, but the amphoteric metal weak acid salt or oxide (A) / unsaturated carboxylic acid (B) = 20/80 to 80/20 (A
+ B) / super absorbent resin (C) = 10/90 to 60/40
Is. More preferably, A / B = 40/60 to 60/40, (A + B) / C = 2, in which the performance of each component is not offset.
0/80 to 55/45 is good.

The water-absorbing deodorant composition of the present invention is colorless, and there is no concern about coloring water-absorbing or deodorizing objects. Furthermore,
Weak metal amphoteric acid salt or oxide, deodorant performance of unsaturated carboxylic acid, and water-absorbing performance of superabsorbent resin maintain mutual performance in water-absorbing and deodorizing objects, so disposable diapers, sanitary products, Animal toilet tank for simple toilets, deodorant / water-absorbent sheet, animal urine bag, plastic bag for emergency use in vehicles, but for deodorizing and solidifying, and kitchen containing a large amount of cooking wastewater such as ramen juice. It can be provided for deodorizing and solidifying dust.

The water absorption performance of the compositions prepared in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was evaluated by the following method. Each of the compositions prepared in Examples 1 and 2 was 1 g, and the super absorbent resin was 0.5 g,
1 g of each of the compositions prepared in Comparative Examples 2 to 4 was accurately weighed in a non-woven bag for tea bag, immersed in 1000 ml of 0.9% saline solution for 1 hour, drained for 5 minutes, and then weighed [a]. g is measured. On the other hand, the same measurement was carried out using a tea bag containing nothing to determine the weight [b] g, and the water absorption capacity was determined from the following formula.
