[Problems to be solved by the device]

In the above-described polarized electromagnet device, the first yoke is provided with a convex portion so as to wrap the outer circumference of the permanent magnet, and the permanent magnet is fixed between the second yoke and the second yoke. No worries. However, the permanent magnet rarely rides up on this convex portion during assembly, and if magnetized in this state, the outer periphery of the permanent magnet will be chipped and this chip will enter the inner hole of the coil frame. Therefore, the advancement and retreat of Amatya was hindered.

Next, the operating principle of the armature 33 of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In order to explain the operation, the inner and outer side surfaces of the left and right side pieces 34, 35 of the armature 33 are defined as the contact surfaces 34a, 34b, 35a, 35b, and the inner and outer contact surfaces 34a, 34b, 35a, 35b are the first contact surfaces. And facing the inner and outer pole faces 40a, 40b, 45a, 46a of the second yoke 40, 43 to form air gaps a, b, c, d, respectively. The solid line X is the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 45, and the dotted line Y is the magnetic flux of the coil.

In FIG. 5, the magnetic flux X of the permanent magnet 47 is the N pole of the permanent magnet 47 → the first yoke 40 → the air gaps b and c → the left and right side pieces 34 and 35 of the armature 33 → the air gaps a and d → The left and right side pieces 45, 46 of the second yoke 43 → the horizontal piece 44 → the S pole can be traced. When an electric current is applied in the direction A, the magnetic flux Y of the coil 24 is: coil 24 → horizontal bar 36 of the armature 33 → right side piece 35 → air gap d → right side piece 46 of the second yoke 43 → horizontal piece 44. → Left side piece 45 → Air gap a → Left side piece 34 of Amatya 33 → Horizontal bar 36 of Amatiya 33 Further, the air flows from the right side piece 35 of the Amaya 33 to the air gap c → the first yoke 40 → the air gap b → the left side piece 34 of the Amachiya 33 → the horizontal bar 36 of the Amachiya 33. Here, comparing the air gaps a, b, c and d, the directions of the magnetic fluxes X and Y of the permanent magnet 47 and the coil 24 are the same in the air gaps b and d, and the air gaps a and c are opposite to each other. Is becoming

Therefore, the first and second yokes 40 and 43 and the armature 33 cancel each other in the opposite directions of the magnetic fluxes X and Y, and overlap in the same direction to exert an attractive force. Therefore, in FIG. 33 moves to the left as indicated by arrow Z, and the circumscribed pole surface 35b of the right side piece 35 of the armature 33 is adsorbed to the inscribed pole surface 46a of the right side piece 46 of the second yoke 43, and further the left side piece 34 of the armature 33. The inscribed pole face 34b is attracted to the circumscribed pole face 40a of the first yoke 40. Then, when the current stops flowing, the movable base 13 is pushed in the W direction by the coil spring 19 as shown in FIG. 2, and the armature 33 is attracted by the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 47 via the reversing lever 49. Moved away from.

In general, a place that is easily chipped due to magnetization is a place where the projecting portion is mounted. Therefore, in the polarized electromagnet device of the present embodiment, the outer periphery of the permanent magnet 47 is less likely to be chipped. Even if the permanent magnet 47 is chipped due to magnetization, the chipped portion is near the through hole 48 of the permanent magnet 47, so the chipped portion is held in the through hole 48 of the permanent magnet 47 and is hard to come out.

According to the present embodiment, the first yoke is provided with the convex portion and the permanent magnet is provided with the through hole. However, at least one of the first and second yokes and the permanent magnet are fitted in a concavo-convex shape. It can be applied as long as it has a section. Further, the irregularities referred to here are dents and large portions, and also include holes that do not penetrate, that is, concave shapes. In addition, the irregularities are provided so as not to be applied to the side surface of the permanent magnet. Further, the fitting portion is not limited to one having a corresponding shape, and may be, for example, a cylindrical shape and a conical shape, or a triangular pillar shape and a cylindrical shape.

【0017】[0017]

[Effect of the device]

In the present invention, as described above, the concave-convex fitting portion is formed on at least one of the first and second yokes and the permanent magnet, and the permanent magnet is sandwiched and fixed between the first yoke and the second yoke. Therefore, a chip due to magnetization is unlikely to occur on the outer circumference of the permanent magnet. In addition, even if the permanent magnet is magnetized in a state where the concave part is riding on the convex part and a chip occurs near the permanent magnet, the chip near the permanent magnet is retained by the concave part. The effect that the advance and retreat of Amatya is less likely to be hindered is achieved.
