出しや収納時にエルボ管の連設部分に無理な力が
かかつて、シール効果を減殺するおそれがあり、
更には、いづれの型にしてもエルボ管方向が吸水
管の引出し方向に突設されているとは限らず、吸
水管の引出し作動方向によつてはエルボ管の連設
部分に不要な力がかかつて、シール効果を低下せ
しめ、吸水時の吸水効果の減殺を生じ、消火に必
要な充分の吸水が行われず、消火作業に支障をき
たすおそれもあつた。

みが確保できれば、吸水管の引出し、収納作業に
より加わるエルボ管への負荷を考慮することな
く、製造加工が行え製造も安価となる。
