開閉弁を作動させる信号出力手段を前記水栓の近傍に設
け、湯側の開閉手段に従動することで前記水栓内での前
記給湯配管の開口部に当接及び離反動して該開口部を開
閉するコマの当接面に間隙形成手段を形成したことを特
徴とする個別給湯システム。
