As a result, the thin steel strip D becomes loose, and the movable coil piece 17 is opened by the action of the torsion coil spring K of the movable coil piece 17 of the gripping portions 16 in series. Regarding expansion and contraction of the long handle 1 and the connecting tube 2, the connecting tube 2 is manually extended or contracted. At that time, the thin steel strip C is wound or released around the reel 7 attached to the reverse rotation preventing ratchet 5 pivotally attached to the rotation shaft N 15. The action of winding the thin steel strip D around the reel 7 is due to the action of the thin steel strip C coaxial with the reel 7, that is, wound around the rotation axis N and having a spring characteristic. The tension spring E is stronger than the torsion coil spring J. Further, as a substitute for the torsion coil spring J, a pulling spring may be attached to connect a part of the operating lever 4 and a part of the base. Further, the arrangement of the thin steel strip C and the operation lever 4 or the reel 7 attached to the reverse rotation preventing wheel may be changed. The thin steel strip D may be used by causing a constant load coil spring or bending deformation, so-called buckling. Further, instead of the thin steel strip D, a wire or a string may be used. [Second Embodiment of Gripping Part 3] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the operation lever 4 is opened and closed, the reverse rotation preventing claw A is pushed in the direction of the gripping part 16 with a finger to switch it. deep. That is, the reverse rotation preventing pawl 5 is set in a state in which the reverse rotation preventing pawl A can stop the rotation at an appropriate position by the action of the ratchet gear. The appropriate position is a state in which the movable portion 17 of the grasping portion 16 grasps the trunk or branch of the plant by opening and closing the operation lever. It is to be noted that a push spring P having a ball on its head facing the rotation axis of the reverse rotation preventing claw A is provided to facilitate switching. A rotation lever N rotatably suspended and connected to a rotation shaft N in a case L, a rotation shaft O provided at a part of the center of the operation lever 4, and a reverse rotation preventing pawl pivotally attached to the shaft O. When B is pulled together with the operation lever 4, the reverse rotation preventing claw B acts as a ratchet gear to rotate the reverse rotation preventing claw wheel 5 pivotally attached to the rotation shaft N 15 to wind the thin steel strip D. At the same time, the movable part piece 17 of the gripping part 16 is rotated to be in a gripped state. Then, attach the stopper 6 to the reverse rotation prevention pawl A. When the hand is released from the operation lever 4, the operation lever 4 returns to the original position by the action of the pulling spring F 1, and the force of the push spring Q provided on a part of the operation lever 4 and a part of the reverse rotation preventing pawl B. Then, the reverse rotation preventing pawl B comes off the reverse rotation preventing pawl wheel 5. When the work is completed and the grip of the branch or the trunk is released, the stopper 6 is removed, and the reverse rotation preventing pawl A is removed with a finger, whereby the reverse rotation preventing pawl wheel 5 becomes rotatable. As a result, the thin steel strip D is loosened, and the movable coil piece 17 is opened by the action of the torsion coil spring K of the movable coil pieces 17 of the gripping portions 16 in series. Regarding the expansion and contraction of the long handle 1 and the connecting tube 2, the connecting tube 2 is manually extended or contracted. At that time, the thin steel strip D is wound or released around the reel 7 attached to the reverse rotation preventing ratchet 5 pivotally attached to the rotation shaft N 1. The action of winding the thin steel strip D around the reel 7 is due to the action of the thin steel strip C coaxial with the reel 7, that is, wound around the rotating shaft N and having spring characteristics. The tension spring F has a stronger spring strength than the torsion coil spring J. Alternatively, as a substitute for the torsion coil spring J, a pulling spring may be attached to connect a part of the operating lever 4 and a part of the base. Further, the arrangement of the thin steel strip C, the operating lever 4, the reverse rotation preventing ratchet 5 and the attached reel 7 may be changed. The thin steel strip D may be used by causing a constant load coil spring, bending deformation, or so-called buckling. Further, instead of the thin steel strip D, a wire or a string may be used.
