In general, an elevator car and counterweight are each provided with four guide shoes to ensure stability in the front, rear, left, and right directions, and these guide shoes engage with guide rails set up in the hoistway. . In order to smoothly move up and down the car and counterweight, four oilers were installed in total, two on each side of the car and counterweight, to supply oil to the surfaces of the guide rails. As shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-49062, etc., this oil supply device consists of an oil tank section containing oil and an oil supply material that guides the oil in the oil tank section to the guide rail using capillary action. It had been.

In the above conventional technology, in order to refill the oil tank, the maintenance person first goes to the machine room, takes out a container containing refill oil, climbs on top of the stopped car, and then refills the container installed on the car. At the same time as refilling the oiler, the car was driven to a position where the counterweight oiler could be refilled with oil, and the counterweight oiler was refilled with oil from above the car.

For this reason, as mentioned above, the elevator cannot be used while the oil is being refilled, resulting in a decline in service to customers. Not only does this replenishment of oil take a lot of time, which is a factor that increases maintenance work time. . On the other hand, in order to improve these problems, it is possible to put a large amount of oil into the oil tank, but since the oil is refilled using capillary action, it is constantly refilled even at night when the elevator is stopped. As a result, there was a problem of over-fueling and contaminating the hoistway.

The above object is an elevator guide rail lubricating device in which a guide rail for guiding a car or a counterweight is supplied with oil from a lubricator provided on the car or counterweight, in which the car is raised or lowered. A replenishment device for replenishing oil to the oil supply device via piping is provided in a machine room in which a hoisting machine is provided, and the oil supply device includes an oil tank portion and a refueling device that guides oil in the oil tank portion to the guide rail. This is achieved by providing a cover for covering the upper part of the oil tank, and forming a hole in the cover through which oil guided through the piping can drip into the oil tank.

Oil is replenished via piping from a replenishment device installed in the machine room. This eliminates the need for maintenance personnel to get on top of the car to replenish the oil, and it is possible to shorten the time when the elevator is not in operation. Moreover, the time required for maintenance work by maintenance personnel can also be reduced. In addition, the oil supply device, which stores the oil supply material that guides oil to the guide rail,
Since a cover is provided to cover the upper part of the oil tank, the oil supply material can be kept in a relatively stable moist state, and the oil in the oil tank can be prevented from becoming contaminated by dirt, dust, etc. generated in the hoistway.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a machine room floor, 2 is a hoist support stand, and a replenishment device 3 is installed on this support stand 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a pipe that guides oil from the supply device 3 to the nozzle 5, and this pipe 4 is supported by a bracket 7 fixed to a guide rail 6. Reference numeral 8 denotes a crosshead that supports a car or counterweight (not shown), and a guide shoe 10 is provided on the crosshead 8 via a support portion 9. At the top of this guide shoe 10, there is a bracket 11.

As shown in FIG.
It is comprised of an oil supply material 14 that leads to the oil tank section 13, and a cover 15 that covers the upper part of the oil tank section 13. This cover 15 is provided with a hole a, through which replenishment oil from the nozzle 5 is supplied to the oil tank section 13.

However, now, in order to replenish oil in the car's oil feeder, the car is raised to the top floor and stopped, and in this state, the replenishment device 3 is activated, and the oil is drawn into a thread from the nozzle 5 through the pipe 4. The oil tank part 1 is blown out from hole a.
Add oil to step 3. The amount of oil to be replenished can be 10 to 20 c.c. if the oil is replenished once every month, so it can be replenished in a short period of time.

According to this embodiment, oil can be replenished from the machine room, so there is no need to get on top of the car to replenish the oil, which can shorten elevator downtime and reduce maintenance work. It can also save time. In addition, maintenance personnel usually inspect the inside of the machine room once a month, and if oil is refilled during this inspection, only a small amount of 10 to 20 c.c. is needed to replenish the oil. Problems such as excessive refueling do not occur.

According to the present invention, oil can be refilled from the replenishment device installed in the machine room via piping without having to get on the car as in the conventional method, thereby reducing the downtime of the elevator. In addition, remarkable practical effects can be achieved, such as reducing the amount of time required for maintenance work by maintenance personnel. Also,
Since the lubricator is equipped with a cover that covers the upper part of the oil tank, it is possible to keep the lubricant in a relatively stable and moist state, realizing highly accurate oil supply to the guide rail, and making it possible to It is possible to prevent the oil inside the oil tank from being contaminated by dirt and dust generated inside the oil tank, and the oil in the oil tank can always be kept in a clean state, and from this point as well, highly accurate oil supply to the guide rail can be realized.
