装置に関するものである。[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to a composite spinneret device that efficiently produces side-by-side type two-layer composite fibers, and more specifically, it relates to a composite spinneret device that efficiently produces side-by-side type two-layer composite fibers. The present invention relates to a square composite spinneret device for manufacturing side-by-side two-layer composite fibers with high productivity by overlapping a distributor and a square spinneret to form an integral structure.

On the other hand, when imparting functionality such as antistatic properties to synthetic fibers, a method has also been proposed in which a normal polymer and a functional polymer are laminated side-by-side and then spun.

No. 31289, etc., the structure is such that the distributor is housed in a circular housing and then the base plate is screwed and tightened to seal the spinning dope from leaking, and the structure of the spinneret device itself is Because of the complexity of the device, it is difficult not only to manufacture it, but also to assemble or disassemble the device. If the device is handled roughly and becomes distorted, it will become even more difficult to assemble and disassemble it, and the seal will be damaged. There are many problems with this, such as causing the spinning dope to leak from the tube.

This makes assembly and disassembly of the device even more complicated, and although it is possible to clean it without disassembling it,
The cleaning effect is insufficient, and spinning stability during re-spinning tends to deteriorate.

とするものである。(Means for Solving the Problem) Therefore, the present invention has been developed to provide a rectangular open box-shaped distributor having passages for supplying two different kinds of stock solutions, and a plurality of hole rows for introducing stock solutions for different kinds of stock solutions. A plurality of rectangular plate-shaped perforated distributors each having a plurality of slits, and a plurality of rectangular plate-shaped perforated distributors each having a large number of slits for introducing different kinds of stock solutions at the same time and integrated It consists of a rectangular spinneret having a large number of rows of spinning holes for spinning, and the stock solution introduction holes of the rows of holes are provided with their positions shifted for each different type of stock solution, and the Plate-shaped perforated distributors and plate-shaped slit distributors are arranged in a stacked manner alternately so that the rows of holes and the slits match, and the density of the holes and the density of the slits gradually increase. A square composite spinneret device is constructed, in which the spinneret is disposed on top of the spinneret and the whole is fixed in a removable manner, and this is used as a means for solving the above-mentioned problems.

The slits are distributed to the corresponding slits of the slit distributor. Each stock solution introduced into each of the slits is further distributed to the next layer of slits through each of the holes in the plate-like perforated distributor in the upper layer, which has a larger hole density. At this time, the different kinds of stock solutions were introduced alternately into adjacent slits, and the adjacent different kinds of stock solutions were introduced into each hole row of the spinneret arranged in the uppermost layer.
Different stock solutions are simultaneously introduced through the two slits, and the two are spun out from each spinning port in a state where they are stuck together.
