しないので、操作部および回路部が湿気によつて
故障を発生する恐れはない。さらに、排気口から
排出される蒸気は、蒸気排出通路の中で外気と混
合されて低温となつているので、火傷を負う危険
もない。また、操作部は蓋に配置されているの
で、見易く使い勝手が良い。従つて、本発明によ
れば、信頼性および耐久性に優れるばかりでな
く、安全性の高く使い勝手の良い炊飯装置が得ら
れる。
