Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate operation for dealing with fish while using water and easily dispose garbage produced in working so as to improve workability without striking one's arm against the side wall of a sink in the sink. CONSTITUTION:A worktop 5 is provided with an approximately square flat water tank consisting of a deep bottom section 6 and shallow bottom section 7 on the upper surface thereof. Between both projections behind the shallow bottom section 7 are disposed a tap 8 and a garbage receiving section 9 having a removable garbage basket 11. The section 9 is opened and closed by an L- shaped side surface 10. Thus, since the water tank has in one side the shallow bottom section, one's arm does not strike against the side wall of the water tank in working for dealing with fish while using water and water does not drip on the floor surface so that cooking is carried out comfortably. Also, since the garbage receiving section is disposed behind the shallow bottom section, the garbage produced in working for dealing with fish can be easily disposed.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional kitchen device of this type, as shown in FIG. 4, a worktop 1 is provided with a water tank 2 having a substantially square shape in plan view, and a water faucet 3 is provided behind the water tank 2.

In such a conventional structure, since the sink portion has a constant deep bottom, for example, when using water, the arm hits the side wall of the sink and it is difficult to work. In addition, there is a problem that the fish-scattering work while using water on the worktop is not preferable as the fish-scattering work because water drops from the worktop onto the floor surface.

The present invention solves such a problem. In the sink, the arm does not hit the side wall of the sink, and it is easy to perform the fish-picking work while using water, and the garbage generated during the work is easy. It is an object of the present invention to provide a kitchen device that can be discarded and has good workability.

In the kitchen device of the present invention, a shallow bottom portion is formed in an example of a water tank provided on a worktop, and a bulging portion that bulges rearward is formed behind the shallow bottom portion. A dust container is provided at the bottom of the bulging portion, and a water faucet is arranged laterally of the bulging portion.

In the kitchen device of the present invention, since the shallow bottom is formed on one side of the water tank, the arm does not hit the side wall of the sink and the water does not come into contact with the floor surface when the fish are sewn while using water. You can comfortably cook without dripping. Further, since the garbage storage portion is arranged behind the shallow bottom portion, it is possible to easily dispose of raw garbage generated during work such as fishing.

[Claims] 1. A shallow bottom portion is formed in an example of a water tank arranged on a worktop, and a bulging portion bulging rearward is formed behind the shallow bottom portion, and a dust storage portion is provided at the bottom portion of the bulging portion. A kitchen device provided with a water faucet on the side of the bulging portion. 2. The kitchen device according to claim 1, wherein an opening and closing cover having a substantially L-shaped side surface is provided on the upper surface of the dust storage portion located at the shallow bottom so as to cover the upper surface and the front surface.
