[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a liquid container for storing drinking water and the like, and more particularly to a liquid container having a foldable leg at the bottom of a container body.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior Art]

Conventionally, a liquid container is provided with a container body in which a shoulder member is joined to the upper end of an outer case surrounding the inner container and a bottom member is joined to the lower end, and the bottom wall of the bottom member of the container body is provided at predetermined intervals. A plurality of leg pedestals are provided to support the container body, and a pin is press-fitted from one side wall of each leg pedestal into the other side wall to pivotally support the rear end of each leg. The legs were mounted inside the leg pedestals so that they could be folded freely, but this liquid container was inevitably bulky due to the leg pedestals, and the work of pressing in the pins was complicated and difficult.

Therefore, in order to eliminate this point, shaft pieces are provided at the tips of the left and right side walls of each leg, and engaging projections are provided at the front wall, while the circumference of the bottom member of the container body is provided. Plural long grooves corresponding to the legs are formed on the surface at predetermined intervals, a deep groove is formed at the rear end of each long groove, and a contact plate is projected at the boundary between the long groove and the deep groove. The left and right side walls of each deep groove communicate with the bottom wall of the bottom member, and bore a shaft hole that pivotally supports the shaft of the leg, and rotate each leg by the shaft that pivotally supports the shaft. When the legs are open, the tip of the rear wall of the leg abuts against the lower end of the rear wall of the deep groove, and the engaging protrusion of the leg engages with the abutment plate to hold it securely. And there was a liquid container that could be stored in the deep groove.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

Since the conventional liquid container is configured as described above, each shaft hole that pivotally supports the shaft piece of each leg body has a wide opening through which the shaft member is inserted from the lower wall surface of the bottom member, and a pivotal shaft that pivotally supports the shaft piece. Since it was formed in a boots-like shape consisting of a support hole and a guide hole that connects this pivot support hole and the insertion opening, when the leg is opened, due to the displacement of the shaft piece in the shaft hole and the clearance of the legs. There is a drawback in that the engagement protrusion of the leg and the contact plate are misaligned or shaken due to the left and right shakes, and smooth fixing cannot be performed, and the contact plate is damaged by abnormal pressure. It was The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to obtain an excellent liquid container in which the legs can be reliably and smoothly fixed and held to the container body.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In the liquid container according to the present invention, an arc-shaped guide plate is provided in each deep groove of the bottom member along the rotation locus of the engaging protrusion of each leg. Further, the contact plate is formed by cutting out a part around the upper wall and making the lower end a free end having elasticity.

[Action]

The liquid container of the present invention has a very simple structure, and the number of parts is very small with only the legs, and it can be assembled very easily, and when the legs are rotated, the engaging protrusions of the legs are used as guide plates. Since it slides along the legs, rattling due to displacement or blurring of the legs can be eliminated, and when the legs are opened, they can be smoothly and securely fixed and held. Also, due to the elasticity of the contact plate, even if the engagement protrusion of the leg is engaged, the contact plate does not crack or break, resulting in a smooth and reliable engagement protrusion of the leg. Can be engaged.

Good.

In order to stand up the leg body 6 in an obliquely widened state, first insert a finger above the front side portion 6c of the leg body from the circular groove 11 of the bottom member 5, pull it, and then pull out the front side portion 6c of this leg body. When is pressed toward the outer wall end of the bottom member 5, the shaft pieces 18, 18 of the leg body 6 rotate about the shaft holes 17, 17 as fulcrums, and the left and right side portions of the leg body 6 are attached to the bottom wall of the bottom member 5. The upper ends of the rear ends of the legs 6a, 6b are brought into contact with each other to stand up obliquely with respect to the ground plane, and at the same time, the engaging projections 19 of the legs engage with the contact plates 14 of the bottom member 5 to raise the legs. Hold the state. At this time, even if the shaft piece of the leg body slightly moves in the shaft hole of the bottom member 5, the engaging projection of the leg body slides along the upper surface of the guide plate 15 in the deep groove 13. Therefore, the displacement and blurring of the legs are eliminated, and the engagement with the contact plate 14 can be smoothly and reliably performed. Further, the lower end of the contact plate 14 is set as a free end having elasticity to make the engagement with the engaging projection of the leg body smoother. Next, when the leg body is stored, the front side portion 6c of the leg body is pushed toward the circular groove 11 of the bottom member 5, and the engaging projection 19 of the leg body is disengaged from the contact plate of the bottom member 5. It slides along the guide plate 15 and is housed between the long groove 12 and the deep groove 13 of the bottom member.
