【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 集成材よりなる円柱状の芯材の外表面に
化粧単板を巻いてなる床柱用半製品に、自然木の木肌に
似た凹凸模様を刻設する装置であって、前記床柱用半製
品を寝かせた状態で半製品をその軸方向に移動自在に支
持する作業テーブルと、前記床柱用半製品の端面に喰い
付いてこの半製品を寝かせた状態に保持する保持機構
と、 前記床柱用半製品をその周方向に回転させる回転機構
と、 これら保持機構および回転機構をそれぞれ支持する支持
用スライダーと、 この支持用スライダーを半製品の軸方向に沿って往復動
させる移動機構と、 前記床柱用半製品の移動経路の途中に備えられかつ半製
品をその両側から押圧して半製品の外表面に凹凸模様を
を付ける左右一対の押圧ローラとを具備したことを特徴
とする床柱製造用凹凸模様刻設装置。
