この考案は炭火無煙ロースターに関するもので

り、これらは電動フアンを装備して該フアンが送
る風にて着火した炭火のおこしを促進することを
記述しているが、電動フアンの装備は各ロースタ
ーにそれぞれ取付けることが必要となる関係で設
備費を高価にして、しかも料理に伴い四散する油
が附着して故障を生じたり、また円滑に作動しな
いという問題がある。そこで出願人は特願平1−
245230号にて、排気ダクトによる強制吸引流を利
用して着火炭火のおこりを促進し、おこつた段階
で炭つぼケーシングを回動して大気の流通に切替
えておこつた炭火の状態を持続する炭火無煙ロー

るという課題がある。本考案はかかる課題を解消

面するようにした炭火無煙ロースターにおいて、
前記角筒部上に強制吸気流の流通孔と大気の流通
孔とを設けた円盤を載着し、該円盤の外周部に停
止用凹部付の環状レールを折立て形成し、該円盤
上に前記の炭つぼケーシングを載上し、該炭つぼ
ケーシングの外面に前記環状レールに嵌合して炭
つぼケーシングを浮上げ回動するロールを取付け

用部材6を配置する。6aは表出する操作用のレ
バーである。外側ケーシング1内の角筒部4上に
底面の中間部分を接面して円盤7を載着する。そ
して円盤7上に炭つぼケーシング7aを載上す
る。7bは炭つぼでそれぞれの底面の中心部に中
心孔8a,8bを設けてガスバーナー5に接続し
た火口筒9を通している。火口筒9はガスバーナ

するという効果を生ずる。また、停止用凹部にロ
ールが落込んで停止するので炭つぼケーシングの
切替孔を円盤上の各流通孔に確実に切替正対させ

シングを浮上げ回動するロールを取付けたことを
