2. Description of the Related Art Wet Tissue Paper will be described. In recent years, non-woven fabrics impregnated with alcohol with perfume and perforated at regular intervals are rolled into a container into a container, and the inside of the container can be pulled out through an outlet, which is a sheet outlet provided at an appropriate place in the container. It is a well-known wet paper which takes out one sheet of sheet after the roll paper having a wide width is pulled out through the take-out port is well known.
Since the thickness of the sheet 1 is not uniform, a sheet having a large thickness in the perforations 9 formed in the same size and shape has a higher breaking strength and is pulled out like a national flag, or vice versa. In the thin sheet, even if there are 9 perforations with the same pattern, the breaking strength is small and the traction force at the time of pulling out is larger than the breaking strength of the perforations, the force balance is broken and the It breaks at the part (that is, the perforation breaks in the container) and the subsequent sheet remains inside the container, in this case even if the lid of the container is once removed and the end of the sheet is passed through the outlet again from the inside Since the perforation of the perforations is insufficient, the succeeding sheet is broken again before the take-out port in the container. The measured values will be described below.

The measured values of an example of a conventional product are shown below. 10 rolls of the following roll paper size are made at the same time from an original fabric width of 1470 with a sheet basis weight (thickness) of 49 to 50 g / cm 2 .
A perforation is inserted every 20 cm of sheet width and a length of 14.5 cm, and a belt-like sheet having a perforation breaking strength of 300 g (setting) is put into a winding container in a roll shape, and a take-out port arranged on the upper part of the container is regulated. With a force of 350 to 360 g, the separation resistance between the wound wet sheet stacks in the container is 70 to 100 g, the roll inner diameter is 3.8 cm, and the difference in the basis weight of the original width is 10%. The breaking strength of each roll-shaped sheet produced is 330 g for a sheet having a large basis weight (thickness) and 270 g for a sheet having a small basis weight. Although this is usually a raw sheet, not all of them fall within this range. For example, if the variation difference is 20%, the breaking force of a thick sheet is 360 g, and that of a thin sheet is 250 g. In addition, a plurality of rolls obtained by slitting a roll that causes changes in tension in the roll-up process, that is, unevenness in internal stress, are wound tightly in order to wind at the same time, and those that are loosely wound at the same time. It is considered that the breaking strength of the perforations has a variation of 20% even in the case of the standard fabric. The above values are the causes of the above-mentioned problem of wet tissue paper.

Towel paper formed in this way. In the manufacturing equipment for tissue paper, etc., the cutting device has different cutting force depending on the quality of the paper, and the cutting device is different from the above depending on the assembling condition of the cutting blade, abrasion of the cutting edge, and change in tension of the paper sheet supplied from the unwinding part of the base paper. Although it originates and causes defective cutting, the inspection of the folded paper combined in a dogleg shape is very difficult to see and requires manpower. Even if the product is defective, the other side of the folding paper 1
1 must also be removed, but since it is difficult to manually combine the doglegged folding paper before and after the removed portion, the folded paper that is carried out from the folding forming roll of the inter-holder machine (process All folded paper in between) is also excluded, and the folding is performed from the beginning. Therefore, if the above defective product occurs in part, all of the doglegged folding paper intervening in the manufacturing process will be lost. ..

問題点を従来品の測定数値について述べる。
Towel paper. Tissue paper, etc. is formed by alternately combining the dog-legged shape with the dog-legged shape of the sheet, and the friction force of the overlapping surfaces causes the succeeding sheets to continuously run until they pass through the container outlet, and the dog-legged sheet of the preceding sheet. If the vertical sheet is formed, the frictional force acting on the succeeding sheet will decrease, and the succeeding sheet that has been running continuously with the preceding sheet will be stopped due to the regulation force of the container outlet, etc., and separated one by one. However, if the amount of tissue paper in the container decreases and the distance between the container take-out ports is longer than the top surface of the laminated tissue paper, the sheet between the take-out ports and the upper surface of the laminated paper becomes vertical. It is a tissue paper in a container (paper box) in which the succeeding sheet cannot be pulled out (that is, separated into the container) due to the reduction of the frictional force of the dog-legged overlapping surfaces in the angular direction. The problems mentioned above will be described below with respect to the measured values of the conventional products.

An example of a conventional product, a tissue paper sheet has a longitudinal dimension of 19.8 cm × width of 23 cm, and 400 (20) sheets.
0 sets) JIS standard tissue paper. When the container size is 11 cm in length x 25 cm in width x 9 cm in height, the measured value shows the regulation force of the container outlet is 60 g to 70 g.
It is g. The frictional force when the angle of the V-shaped overlapping surfaces to the initial outlet is 2 g to 3 g. The frictional force at the angle up to the outlet when half-used was unknown at 0 g, and it was a small value close to 0 that could not be measured with a scale having a weighing capacity of 250 g and a minimum scale of 1 g. There is almost no frictional force. As a result, when the frictional force becomes smaller than the pulling force of the succeeding sheet, at that time, the combined portion between the preceding sheet and the succeeding sheet is separated inside the container due to other force such as slight fluctuation and vibration. Moreover, the pulling force of the preceding sheet cannot be transmitted to the succeeding sheet without relying on other force, and the sheet is separated inside the container.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The applicant has conducted various tests in order to solve such problems, but as a result, it has been found that the perforation of the perforations always starts at the end of the perforations in the wet tissue paper. I paid attention. By this discovery, the joining 3 parts which become the cut-off parts are polymerized with the leading end of the sheet-like sheet and the rear end of the next sheet-like sheet, and the polymerized part is pressure-bonded by embossing or smooth roll, or heat-sealed. And the like, and the joining is made possible by peeling, and the step is continuously performed, and the joining portion is a polymerized joining having an appropriate amount of frictional force applied. ) Starts, the superposed part of the leading edge of the succeeding sheet passes through the take-out port, and the continuous take-out sheet consisting of strip-shaped sheets, which is considered to be peeled off by the regulation force of the take-out port, does not exhibit the polymerized joint shape for peeling. Is.

The above-mentioned present invention is a towel paper such as a conventional product. Due to the decrease in the amount of tissue paper in the container, the height difference of the sheet stacking surface becomes larger than the outlet, the frictional force of the doglegged combination surface decreases with the increase of the angle, and the pulling force of the succeeding sheet is not transmitted. Although the sheet remains in the container, since the joint portion of the present invention is a polymerized joint having a configuration in which an appropriate amount of frictional force is applied, the change in the distance to the outlet or the change in the angle as in the conventional product. When the joint and the overlapped portion where the frictional force does not differ due to the above conditions are peeled (separated), they are passed through the outlet of the container and peeled by the regulation force of the outlet.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the product of the present invention, and a tip portion of a sheet 1 (length 20 cm, width 14.5 cm). (1.5 cm) and the rear end portion of the next sheet (1.
5 cm) is polymerized, and the polymerized portion is subjected to a pressure force such as embossing 7 to impart a frictional force between the front end portion and the rear end portion so that peeling can be performed by pressure bonding so that the peeling force is 220 g (at the time of disconnection). Friction force) 3 is a continuous sheet for take-out, which is a sheet-shaped sheet having a structure of a belt-shaped sheet obtained by continuously performing the process. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the product of the present invention, which is wound in a roll shape in a processing step (not shown) and is used in the manner shown in FIG. FIG. 9 shows the present invention product wound up in a roll shape and pulled out from the end of the roll-shaped strip-shaped sheet to be used.
50 g) is a continuous extraction sheet intended to be peeled off and used at the joint outside the container. In addition, FIG. 2 shows a continuous take-out sheet in which the product of the present invention is folded, and its usage is such that the end of the sheet 1 is pulled out from the take-out port 4 of the container 5 as shown in FIG. The above-mentioned numerical values are based on the test results and are not limited to these numerical values. In addition to this, it is also possible to fold the cross section as shown in FIG. 3 into a C fold shape or a Z fold shape (not shown), and then roll it into a roll or fold it into a zigzag shape. It is not something to receive. The expression such as embossing etc. of the present invention means that there is another processing method which obtains the same result, and for example, the sheet-polymerized portion is formed by a roll or conveyor constituted by a needle-shaped surface. It is the same as the embossing process even if the needle-shaped material is made into small spots that are invisible and the sheets of the polymerized portion are peelably joined by pressure joining, which is similar to embossing, and is limited to embossing only. It is not what we are doing.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, according to the present invention, the front end portion of a sheet-like sheet and the rear end portion of the next sheet-like sheet are polymerized, and peeling can be performed by joining so as to give an appropriate amount of frictional force to the polymerized portion. Since it is a continuous take-out sheet consisting of a sheet-shaped sheet that is formed into a belt-like sheet by continuously performing the step, the breaking force of the perforation is conventionally caused to the uneven sheet thickness or the winding roll. In order to eliminate problems such as separation due to changes in tension at the time of winding during molding and internal stress inside the sheet, which may cause separation in the container, or conversely because it is stuck in the shape of a national flag and cannot be separated. In the present invention, the separating portion (joining portion where peeling is possible) is polymer-bonded, so that when the sheet is pulled out from the container, the sheet passes through the container taking-out port and the succeeding sheet is peeled (cutting) due to the restriction force of the taking-out port. Teeth) sometimes already the succeeding sheet leading portion overlapping portions are out outside the container, thus succeeding sheet to have effects such as not to be left behind in the container.

A conventional paper, such as a tissue paper folded in a V shape as shown in FIG. 11, is combined with the next sheet on the folding surface of the F-shape, and the next sheet is taken out by the frictional force of the combination surface. However, the change in the angle of the combination part causes the change in frictional force, and when the frictional force is smaller than the pulling force of the subsequent sheet (that is, the frictional force decreases when it becomes vertical), it separates in the container and causes the above problem. Since the product of the present invention has a structure in which the separated (peeled) portion is polymer-bonded, there is no change in the frictional force due to problems in the manufacturing process or changes in the angle during drawing. The polymerized joint should be peelably joined with a force that is appropriately smaller than the regulation force of the outlet. When the superposition joining part passes through the take-out port, the preceding sheet on one side of the superposition part receives approximately one half of the regulation force of the take-out port, while the tip superposed part of the succeeding sheet of the superposition part exerts approximately one half the regulation force. Upon receipt, the polymerized portion passes through the outlet. After passing, when the succeeding sheet receives all the regulation force, it is a sheet for connecting and taking out composed of a sheet-shaped sheet which is peeled off with a force appropriately smaller than the regulation force. It has the effect of eliminating all problems.

An interfolder machine <0005> for processing a tissue paper or the like which is conventionally used (the machine different from the processing machine described in <0016>) will be described. This device is for producing a laminated wave body such as tissue paper by unwinding two rolls of roll-shaped base paper into strips and cutting them into sheet-like pieces, and combining each end in a dogleg shape. , <0005> and the mechanism of combining the processing methods into a V-shape one by one, the processing capability is very poor, noise is generated, and paper dust is generated from the nipping portion of the folding claw. It is a bad working environment in which people dance.

An apparatus for producing a continuous take-out sheet made of a sheet-shaped sheet according to the present invention continuously cuts a sheet-shaped sheet at an appropriate length while unwinding a roll-shaped sheet into a strip shape,
The leading end portion of the sheet-shaped sheet and the trailing end portion of the next sheet-shaped sheet are polymerized, the polymerized portion is releasably joined, and the step is continuously performed to form a belt-shaped sheet. This is different from the manufacturing process of conventional products. To describe the processing steps of the product of the present invention, since it is considered to manufacture the strip-shaped sheet of the present invention with only the configuration of the raw paper unwinding device, the strip-shaped sheet cutting device, and the polymerization joining device, the enormous amount described in the conventional device is described. It does not require an installation area, etc., is complicated, is inefficient, and does not require any other device having the above-mentioned problems, and can be manufactured by a simple manufacturing device. All the problems of conventional products are eliminated. It has an effect.
