【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

本発明は、フロツピーデイスクを収納するカセ
ツトの改良に関し、特にカセツト内面に配された
不織布等のクリーニングライナーから短繊維が脱
落しないようにしたカセツトに関する。 フロツピーデイスクカセツトは第1図に示すよ
うな構成を有している。 即ち、ABS樹脂等のプラスチツク材料を射出
成形して得た薄板状の2枚のシエル1,1′を有
し、各々のシエルの内面には、所定形状に打抜か
れた不織布等のクリーニングライナー2,2′が
配され、収納するデイスクの保護、清掃を図つて
いる。このライナー2,2′はシエル1,1′内面
にスポツト状、線状等の熱融着部により、部分的
に固着されている。そして、フロツピーデイスク
3を収納した後、上下のシエル1,1′を融着し
てフロツピーデイスクカセツトが得られる。とこ
ろが従来は、クリーニングライナー2,2′を所
定形状に打抜く際に、ライナーの切断部から短繊
維の毛羽が発生し、その毛羽はカセツト使用時に
ライナーから離脱してドロツプアウトの原因とな
るという欠点があつた。 本発明は上記欠点を簡単な処理により効果的に
解決したものであつて、その特徴はクリーニング
ライナーの切断部近傍を予め加熱押圧処理して、
毛羽や繊維屑の発生を防止した点にある。 以下本発明を図面に基いて説明する。第2〜3
図は本発明を説明する図であつて、第2図は所定
形状に打抜く前のクリーニングライナー素材の平
面図、第3図は所定形状に打抜いた後のクリーニ
ングライナーの平面図である。 先ず、ライナー素材2″に、切断すべき形状に
応じた加熱押圧処理部4を形成する。 この加熱押圧処理は、打抜き予定線5をはさん
で例えば2〜10mm程度の幅にわたり行う。処理条
件は、ライナー素材2″の材質により異なるが、
通常150〜300℃で0.2〜2秒程度行うのが適当で
ある。圧力は、温度等により異なつてくるが、20
〜80Kg/cm2程度でよい。 加熱押圧処理は、熱プレスによるほか、ライナ
ー素材2″の材質に応じて超音波加熱プレスや高
周波加熱プレスを用いることもできる。 次いで、処理されたライナ素材2″の打抜き予
定線5に沿つて打抜き、第3図に示すような所定
形状のライナー3を得る。 このライナー3は、その切断部近傍が加熱押圧
処理されているので、繊維同士が圧縮融着されて
一体化しており、これを切断しても短繊維の毛羽
が発生せず、またカセツト使用中に繊維がほつれ
出すことも全くない。 このライナー3は、従来と同様にしてカセツト
1,1′の内面に熱融着等により部分的に(例え
ばスポツトシールか線状シールにより)固着す
る。 実施例 ライナー素材として、レーヨン75%、ポリプロ
ピレン25%からなる厚さ0.2mmの不織布を用い、
加熱押圧処理したものとしないものとの切りくず
の量を比較した。 ライナー素材に、190℃、1秒、50Kg/cm2の条
件で幅5mmにわたり熱プレスを施した。そしてそ
の熱プレス部をトムソン刃で打抜いて、外径87
mm、内径35mmの第3図の如きライナーを得た。一
方、比較例として加熱押圧処理を施さないライナ
ー素材を上と同様に打抜いた。 そして、ライナーの端部を震動させつつ5秒間
吸引して切りくずを採取し、ライナー1枚あたり
の切りくずの本数を長さ別に数えた。その結果を
