ヒータ2が埋設してある。3は前記バーナ本体1
の周側壁1Aの温度を検知する検知素子としての
バーナサーミスタで、前記バーナ本体1の周側壁
1Aの温度に応じて前記電気ヒータ2への通電を
制御する働きがある。4はバーナ本体1の気化室
5内に一次空気を供給する給気ノズルで、給気ダ
クト6を介して送風機8と連通している。9は給
気ダクト6の途中若しくは送風機8の出口部に設
けた給気調節器で、強燃焼のときは電磁弁9Aで
空気孔6Aを開き、弱燃焼のときは該電磁弁9A
で該空気孔6Aを閉じ、燃焼量の強弱に応じて給
気量を可変する。10は前記給気ノズル4内に挿
通させて、その先端を前記気化室5内に臨ませた
給油ノズルで、該給油ノズル4は、電磁ポンプ等
の燃料供給装置11を介して図示しない貯油槽と
連通しており、前記気化室5内に石油燃料を供給
する。前記燃料供給装置11は、強弱燃焼切換に
応じて給油量を増減できるようになつている。1

て前記バーナ本体1の底部が固定支持されてお

二次空気ダクト15が接続してある。16は前記
バーナ本体1の周側壁1Aの外側に該周側壁1A
外面と約5〜8mmの間隔Xを存して配設したバー
ナ本体冷却防止部材としての冷却防止筒で、該冷
却防止筒はステンレス鋼板或いは亜鉛メツキ鋼板
等の金属製薄板にて円筒状に構成されており、そ
の下端に設けた取付片17を前記バーナケース1
2の底壁部12Aにスポツト溶接等にて固着する
ことにより取付けられている。そして、この冷却
防止筒16には給気ノズル貫通孔18とバーナサ
ーミスタ貫通孔19が穿設してある。20はバー
ナ本体1の上部に設けたバーナヘツドで、その周
側部には火炎Fを側方、又は斜め側方に向けて形
成する炎口21が開設してある。22は気化した
石油燃料と一次空気との混合気に点火する点火プ
ラグ、23は炎検知装置のセンサとしてのフレー
ムロツドで、それぞれ前記バーナケースの上部フ
ランジ12Cに取付けられ前記炎口に臨んでい
る。24はバーナヘツド20とバーナ本体1とで

風機8が給気ダクト6と二次空気ダクト15を介
して一次、二次空気を導入しプリパージを行つた
後、燃料供給装置11が給油ノズル10を介して
石油燃料を供給する。すると給気ダクト6からの
一次空気は給気ノズルの10先端が細いので流速
が速くなり供給される石油燃料は霧状となつて、
加熱されているバーナ本体1内の気化室5で気化
ガスとなり一次空気と混合し、炎口21から噴出
し、点火プラグ22により点火され燃焼炎Fを形
成して燃焼する。二次空気入口14よりバーナケ
ース12内に給入された二次空気は、冷却防止筒
16がバーナ本体1と間隔Xを隔てて配設されて
いるので、該二次空気がバーナ本体1に直接接触
することなく燃焼炎Fに供給されるのでバーナ本
体1の温度を下げることなく燃焼を促進させる。
このようにバーナ本体冷却防止部材として冷却防
止筒16を使用すると、前述の効果が従来の気化
式石油燃焼装置に該冷却防止筒16を取付けるだ
