The present invention relates to a resin composition having excellent properties. More specifically, the present invention relates to a synthetic resin composition for agricultural films that has excellent visible light transmittance and heat retention properties. BACKGROUND ART In recent years, greenhouse cultivation using agricultural synthetic resin films and facility cultivation such as tunnel cultivation have been actively carried out with the aim of increasing the added value and yield of agricultural products. However, recently there has been a trend to further improve the heat retention properties of agricultural synthetic resin films in order to further increase yields. In order to improve this heat retention, it is common to knead certain inorganic compounds that absorb infrared rays into the film, such as silica, aluminum oxide, magnesium hydroxide, silica, etc. Patents have been filed for the use of inorganic compounds such as magnesium oxide, barium sulfate, and calcium phosphate. However, when these inorganic compounds are kneaded into the film, it causes a deterioration in the transparency (visible light transmittance) of the film itself, making it unsuitable for use in general agricultural synthetic resin films. . In addition, hydrotalcites are known as inorganic compounds that do not relatively deteriorate transparency, but their ability to improve heat retention is still insufficient.
There has been a desire for an improving agent that has excellent visible light transmittance and heat retention. In view of this problem, the present inventors
As a result of extensive research, we have discovered a resin composition that does not impede visible light transmittance and has excellent heat retention properties. That is, the present invention provides a resin composition characterized in that a synthetic resin contains one or more types selected from hydrotalcites and one or more types selected from powders obtained by crushing nepheline ores. It provides: Synthetic resins in the present invention include polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-
These include vinyl acetate copolymers, acrylic resins, polyvinyl acetate, etc., and among them, resins mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride are preferred. Resins mainly made of polyvinyl chloride include vinyl chloride homopolymers, copolymers and graft polymers of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, vinylidene chloride, ethylene, propylene, methacrylic acid esters, urethane resins, or these resins. Examples include blends with Next, the hydrotalcites used in the present invention are basic carbonates of magnesium and aluminum, such as Alkamizer 1, Alkamizer 2, Alkamizer 3, and Alkamizer manufactured by Kyowa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. 4th grade is mentioned. The preferred amount of these to be used is 0.5 parts per 100 parts by weight of synthetic resin.
The amount is ~15 parts by weight, and if it is less than 0.5 parts by weight, there is no effect on heat retention, and if it is more than 15 parts by weight, the visible light transmittance is poor. In addition, the nepheline ore used in the present invention includes:
Examples include nepheline, nepheline basaltic, nepheline syenite, nepheline syenite porphyry, etc., but if these naturally occurring ores are crushed with a regular crusher and the resulting powder is used as is, good. However, if the particle size is too large, it may cause poor dispersion, so it is preferable that the average particle size is 20 μm or less. Further, it is more preferable to remove iron from these pulverized powders. Nepheline ore is SiO 2 −Al 2 O 3 −Na 2 O
-It is an ore whose main component is K 2 O, and its performance and structure are fundamentally different from conventionally known silica, aluminum oxide, and aluminum silicate. The amount used is 0.1 to 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the synthetic resin.
In addition, one or more selected from hydrotalcites, one or more selected from powder obtained by crushing nepheline ores, and conventionally known silica, aluminum oxide, and magnesium hydroxide. It goes without saying that , magnesium silicate, barium sulfate, calcium phosphate, zinc phosphate, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium oxide, etc. may be used in combination. In the present invention, in order to satisfy the basically required performance as an agricultural synthetic resin film, a plasticizer,

Examples of plasticizers include phthalate esters such as dioctyl phthalate and dihexyl phthalate, adipic esters such as dioctyl adipate, trimellitic esters, and polyesters. Examples of droplet agents include sorbitan monostearate, sorbitan monopalmitate, sorbitan monolaurate, sorbitan dipalmitate,

Example 1 The composition shown in Table 1 was calendered into a film with a thickness of 0.1 mm, and a greenhouse with a length of 1 m, width of 50 cm, and height of 40 cm was erected on farmland. Transparency (visible light transmittance) was determined by the degree to which the inside of the house was visible, and heat retention was determined by the difference between the lowest temperature of the greenhouse without additives and the lowest temperature of each house.
