A shaft member 7 in which a mounting hole 6 is opened at the free end and has a reduced diameter portion 5 deeper than the bearing portion 1 along the shaft center.
Then, a synthetic resin roller 10 having a bearing hole 8 rotatably fitted in the bearing part 1 of the shaft member 7 and a large-diameter hidden hole 9 following the bearing hole 8 is attached to the mounting hole 6. The fitting shaft 11, which is press-fitted into the reduced diameter part 5, is attached to one end of the fitting shaft 11 by a rivet 13 having a large diameter head 12, so that it cannot be removed from the bearing part 1, which particularly simplifies the assembly work. The aim was to improve reliability. As an example of this, a cross-shaped notch 14 is formed at the tip of the fitting shaft 11 of the rivet 13 at the portion press-fitted into the reduced diameter portion 5 of the shaft member 7, so that the rivet 13 and the shaft member 7 It showed a stronger bond between the two.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) After further research into the slide roller, the present applicant found that the conventional slide roller had a cross-shaped structure at the tip of the fitting shaft 11 of the rivet 13. By forming the notches 14, both the axial and rotational displacement of the rivet 13 with respect to the mounting hole 6 of the shaft member 7 is effectively prevented. This is done by advancing the rivet 13 in the axial direction toward the mounting hole 6, so that the diamond-shaped convex portion at the top of the zigzag notch 14 is connected to the reduced diameter portion (press-fit portion) 5 of the mounting hole 6. Since the inner wall is slightly widened as it enters and is press-fitted, the unevenness does not effectively bite into the mating part over the entire length of the twill-like notches 14. It was found to be insufficient in that the expected strong fixing force could not be obtained despite the high press-fit resistance.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present applicant focused on the notches formed on the fitting shaft 11 of the rivet 13, and improved the effect of the unevenness caused by forming the notches biting into the mating component. In order to increase the fixing force of the rivet by making it more effective, we decided to adopt the following configuration.

In other words, a support shaft having a larger diameter than the bearing part and having a mounting seat at one end of the bearing part is provided in series, and a mounting shaft of a smaller diameter is provided in series from the mounting seat, and an axial center opening at the free end of the bearing part is provided in series. A roller made of synthetic resin is formed in the center of a shaft member with a mounting hole drilled therein, and a bearing hole is formed in the center to rotatably fit into the bearing part of the shaft member.
In the slide roller, which is fixed by a rivet with a large-diameter head at one end of the fitting shaft that is press-fitted into the mounting hole and cannot be removed from the bearing part, the shaft center is attached to the tip of the fitting shaft of the rivet. It is characterized by the formation of a flat notch parallel to the flat surface, and a zigzag notch behind it.

(Function) As a means for attaching the roller to the bearing portion of the shaft member, the present invention adopts a method of press-fitting and fixing the fitting shaft portion of a rivet with a large diameter head into a mounting hole provided in the shaft member. Since a flat notch parallel to the shaft center is formed at the tip of the fitting shaft to be press-fitted, the unevenness of the flat notch comes into close contact with the inner wall of the attachment hole of the shaft member when the fitting shaft is press-fitted. Since the notch of the twill is formed behind the notch of the flat, the uneven shape of the notch of the twill enters after the inner wall of the mounting hole is plastically deformed into a complementary shape by the notch of the flat. Then, the inner wall of the mounting hole is press-fitted with a more complicated pattern of protrusions and recesses.

The shaft member 15 is provided with a support shaft 3 having a larger diameter than the bearing portion 1 following the bearing portion 1, and the bearing portion 1 of the support shaft 3 is provided.
A mounting shaft 4 having a smaller diameter than the support shaft 1 is connected to the end surface opposite to the support shaft 1 so that a mounting seat 2 can be formed therein. In the illustrated embodiment, consideration is given to making the outer diameter of the mounting seat 2 larger than the outer diameter of the support shaft 3 to increase the strength when attached to a mounting material such as a chassis, but it is not necessary to be limited to this. . That is, functionally, it is sufficient to provide a mounting surface, and the outer diameter of the support shaft 3 and the outer diameter of the mounting seat 2 may be the same. In this case, the end face of the portion of the support shaft 3 that forms a step with the mounting shaft 4 itself becomes the mounting seat 2 . The drawing shows a mounting shaft 4 with a male thread 16 formed on the outer periphery, and it can be mounted by cutting a female thread in advance on the mounting material and screwing into the female thread, or by inserting a hole through the mounting material through which the male thread 16 passes. It is assumed that it will be installed by drilling a hole and then screwing and tightening a nut from the opposite side of the mounting material. Therefore, in the example, rivet 1
The head 12 of 3 is provided with an operating groove 17 into which a tool such as a screwdriver can be inserted so that the slide roller can be rotated in the assembled state.
This attachment means is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and it is of course possible to use methods such as welding or caulking without forming the male thread 16 if necessary. A mounting hole 18 is bored in the axial center of the shaft member 15 and is parallel to the axial center and opens at the free end of the bearing section 1 .

The roller 10 has a bearing portion 1 of a shaft member 15 in the center.
By providing a bearing hole 8 that rotatably fits into the bearing hole 8 and a large-diameter recess that follows the bearing hole 8, the hidden hole 9 in which the head 12 of the rivet 13 is accommodated is continuous in the axial direction via the stepped portion 19. is forming. The roller 10 is preferably made of polyacetal, a synthetic resin with excellent self-lubricating properties and wear resistance.

That is, a bushing 21 with a flange, which is a molded product made of synthetic resin such as fluorine resin with excellent self-lubricating properties, is press-fitted inside the roller 10, and the bushing 21 with a flange is press-fitted into the inner side of the roller 10, and the bushing 21 with a flange is press-fitted into the inner side of the roller 10, and the bushing 21 with a flange is press-fitted into the inner side of the roller 10. By replacing the contacting portion of the roller 10 with the bush 21, the roller 10 can rotate more smoothly, and the impact load applied mainly in the radial direction of the roller 10 is alleviated, thereby preventing the roller 10 from cracking. By preventing this, we aim to provide a slide roller that can withstand use for a longer period of time.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, assembly can be easily performed by inserting the roller into the bearing portion of the shaft member and then pushing the rivet into the mounting hole of the shaft member. After assembly, the mating shaft of the rivet is firmly press-fitted into the mounting hole of the shaft member by the biting action of the flat notches and the zigzag notches, so the mating shaft consists of only the zigzag notches. It can withstand larger loads compared to those that use rivets. In other words, the unevenness of the flat notch bites into the inner wall of the mounting hole and prevents the rivet from shifting in the rotational direction, and even if the flat notch is press-fitted in advance, the inner diameter of the mounting hole will not be enlarged, so it can be inserted later. Since the unevenness of the notches of the press-fitted twill can effectively bite into the inner wall of the mounting hole, together with the effect of press-fitting the flat notches, displacement of the rivet in the axial direction can be more strongly prevented.

In addition, when press-fitting a rivet, the flat notches at the tip coincide with the press-fitting direction, which not only serves as a guide during press-fitting, but also reduces press-fitting resistance compared to rivets made of cross-cut notches. Since there are few parts, assembly is easy.
