連結釘を使用する釘打機であって、連結釘の先頭の釘を
受け入れて該釘を被加工材に打ち出す射出口を備えたノ
ーズ部と、該ノーズ部に形成された釘受け入れ開口の一
側縁と一体に構成されて前記連結釘の一側面を供給案内
する固定ガイド壁と、該固定ガイド壁に対して所定間隔
をもって対峙して前記ノーズ部に開閉可能に支持された
ドア部材と、該ドア部材と上記固定ガイド壁との間に形
成されて上記連結釘をノーズ部に供給する釘供給路とを
有する釘打機において、前記ドア部材の前記釘供給路に
面した側に背面側にガイドピンを植設したスライドプレ
ートを配置し、該スライドプレートのガイドピンをドア
部材に貫通形成した釘供給方向に長いガイド穴に貫挿さ
せてスライドプレートをドア部材に対して釘供給路に向
かう方向及び釘供給方向と並行な方向に移動自在に支持
し、前記スライドプレートのガイドピンを挟んだ釘供給
方向の前後の背面にドア部材の内面と当接する当接部を
形成し、ドア部材の内面には前記スライドプレートの各
当接部を釘供給方向にずらされたそれぞれ異なる高さで
支持する支持部を各当接部毎に形成し、前記スライドプ
レートをガイドピンの端部とドア部材の背面の間に介在
したバネにより釘供給路から離反する方向にバネ付勢
し、ドア部材の背面側に露出させた前記ガイドピンの端
部に操作部を形成したことを特徴とする釘打機の釘供給
装置。
