For example, in piping work for waveguides on a vertical ladder of a radio tower, a receiver 1 shown in FIG. 11 is used to prevent members such as bolts and nuts from falling. This receiver 1 has a net 3 stretched over a U-shaped frame 2 in the form of a saucer, and a pair of hanging rods 4, 4 are attached to the frame 2 in an upright manner. A connecting rod 5 having a hook piece between its tip portions is installed.

FIG. 12 is a diagram showing how to use this receiver 1. The receiver 1 is hung and held by hooking the hooking piece of the connecting rod 5 onto the foothold bar 7a of the ladder 7 so that the net 3 is positioned below the operator's hand. Therefore, even if bolts, nuts, etc. are accidentally dropped from the worker's hand, they are caught by the net 3 of the receiver 1 and prevented from falling downward.

Furthermore, as is clear from Fig. 12b, the net 3 of the support 1 protrudes toward the worker, and the ends hit the worker's waist, knees, etc., making the worker feel unnatural and unstable. I was forced to work in an awkward position,
This reduced work efficiency and was also dangerous.

Furthermore, even if there is no existing waveguide 8, it is possible to install a ladder 7 in the newly installed waveguide 8' as shown in FIG. 12c.
The edge of the net 3 on the side hits, and that part is pushed in and deformed into a V shape, making it impossible to cover the entire periphery of the waveguide 8' with the net 3, reducing the effect of catching falling members. There was a problem.

In addition, since the receiving bag can be placed so as to surround the pole-shaped body and at a position close to directly below the worker's hand, even if the receiving bag is relatively small, it can prevent parts from falling from the worker's hand. The receiving effect is sufficiently exhibited, and the receiving bag does not protrude significantly toward the operator, allowing a stable working posture.
