(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention The known peeling machine shown in FIG. ), but the debarking teeth were arranged in a spiral shape with a large lead angle to increase the pressing force against the wood and encourage the movement of the wood, and the spacing in the circumferential direction was wide. The depth of the notch was made slightly larger than the height of the peeling teeth so that there was little chance of ejection, and the wood did not dig into the notch. Bark accumulated at position A, which deteriorated wood circulation and debarking performance, and also caused the bark to be discharged from the discharge port following the wood, making removal work difficult.

(d) Means for solving the problem The present invention provides a rotor that is disposed opposite to the lower opening of a wood container having at least an open lower part, and a large number of peeling teeth protruding from the outer periphery of the rotor at intervals, The scraping tooth is fixed between the peeling teeth and on the rotational trajectory of the peeling tooth, and the scraping tooth is made slightly lower than the peeling tooth, so that the scraping tooth reduces the peeling action of the scraping tooth to push up the wood. The above-mentioned problems are solved by ensuring that the peeling teeth catch the peeled bark in this state and discharge it from a wide gap at the exit side notch without damaging the wood.

(E) Function When the rotor in the peeling machine rotates, the numerous peeling teeth protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the rotor enter the opening of the wood container through the notch on one side and strip the wood.

At this time, the scraping teeth are located at the rear in the direction of rotation between the peeling teeth, and are slightly lower than the peeling teeth, so they do not become an obstacle when the wood comes into pressure contact with the peeling teeth, and good peeling can be performed. The peeled bark moves toward the notch on the other side while being caught on the scraping tooth, and when the scraping tooth escapes from the notch, the notch reaches a height that allows the peeling tooth to escape. However, since the scrap teeth are lower than the peeling teeth, the gap between the scrap teeth and the notch becomes larger, allowing even large bark to be reliably ejected.

In addition, when a bark separator is installed in parallel with the discharge section of a drum barker, the wood that is discharged from the drum barker together with the bark and transferred to the bark separator will be removed by the barking teeth as the rotor rotates, and the remaining bark will be peeled off. The bark transferred from the drum barker and the bark transferred from the drum barker are caught and reliably discharged without impairing the peeling action in the same manner as the peeling machine.

In the above-mentioned device, the wood container 1 and the rotor 3
As with the conventional one, it is inclined so that the discharge side at the other end is lower than the input section side near one end, and when wood with bark is input from the input section while rotating the rotor 3, the peeling teeth 5... ... and the scraping teeth 7 enter into the wood container 1 through the notch 6 on one side, and the bark stripping teeth 5... do not push up the wood but instead rotate to peel off the bark from one side to the other side. On the other side, the wood in the front is pushed up by the wood in the back, which circulates it to one side.

When the peeling teeth 5 ... peel the wood while pushing up the wood, the scraping teeth 7 are lower and rearward than the peeling teeth 5, so the scraping teeth 5 are inhibited by the scraping teeth 7. Since the bark is removed while pushing up the wood reliably without causing any damage, there is no deterioration in the peeling performance. Also, the protrusions of the scraping teeth 7 protrude from the front in the direction of rotation, so the bark can be removed securely. At that time, if the protrusion protrudes in the direction of rotation, it will easily bite into the wood and cause damage, but the peeling tooth 5... will hook the peeled bark immediately after pushing up, so it will not stick to the wood. Without biting in, when moving to the notch 6 on the other side in this state and exiting from the notch 6, the peeling tooth 5 between the top of the scraping tooth 7 and the upper end of the notch 6 is removed. Since it is larger than the case, the bark that is caught can easily escape, and even if the bark is folded in two, it can be easily and efficiently discharged by making the scrap teeth 7 thin.

Therefore, the bark does not accumulate on the upper side of the notch 6, and the peeled bark does not circulate together with the wood and deteriorate the peeling performance.

(G) Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention includes a rotor 3 which is disposed opposite to the lower opening 2 of the wood container 1 which is open at least at the lower part, and a large number of peeling teeth 5 are arranged at intervals around the outer periphery of the rotor. A scraping tooth 7 is provided protrudingly between the peeling teeth 5 and on the rotation locus of the peeling teeth 5.
is fixed and the scraping teeth 7 are lower than the peeling teeth 5, so the scraping teeth 7 do not interfere with the peeling process of the peeling teeth 5, and the wood is peeled by its own weight. Good peeling can be carried out by applying sufficient pressure to the teeth 5, and the scraping teeth 7 hook the peeled bark near the rear between the adjacent peeling teeth 5, 5 without damaging the wood. Therefore, the peeled bark can be easily and reliably discharged from the notch 6 on the other side, and the peeled bark can be quickly discharged from the wood container 1 to improve the peeling performance, and the peeled bark can follow the wood from the discharge port. It is possible to reduce the amount of bark discharged and significantly reduce the sorting work.
