と、このペルチエ素子に供給する電源極性を切り
換える切換手段とで電気的加熱手段を構成してい
ることから、単一の施療部材が加熱と冷却と振動
の3つを行うものであり、治療に際して、肌に当
てる面の変更を必要とすることなく、加熱したり
冷やしたりすることができる上に振動も加えるこ
とができるものであり、しかも施療部材はヘツド
における把手の軸線に対して上斜め位置に配され
ているために、把手を持つてヘツドの施療部材を
人体の顔面に当接させることを容易に行えるもの
であつて、単一の施療部材で上記各施療を行える
こともあつて使い勝手がきわめて良好なものであ
り、更にはプリント基板上の電子部品はペルチエ
素子側と反対側の面に実装されているために、ペ
ルチエ素子の熱的影響を受けにくく、安定した動
作を得られるものである。
