現しようとする模様を切り抜いた捺染型紙を使用
して織布を捺染し、この捺染を全長に亘つて繰り
返し、捺染部分の白糸を地色に染め、残つた非捺
染部分の白糸により前記小絣模様を所望模様の形
状に現出せしめ、この片側を捺染した織布を裏返
しにし、捺染型紙を載置する分だけ下敷を剥離
し、透明部の下方より照明を当て、捺染型紙を正
しく捺染済みの模様に合わせて捺染し、この捺染
を全長に亘つて繰り返し、表裏に後染小絣を表現
