The configurations are as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 338, respectively. That is, a warm air passage having one end connected to the indoor air inlet and the other end connected to the warm air outlet is formed in the main body, and a convection blower, a closed combustion combustion device, and a heat exchanger are arranged in this warm air passage. It is set up. In the combustion device, combustion air is supplied from the outside by an air supply system, and combustion waste gas is exhausted to the outside by an exhaust system connected to the rear end of the heat exchanger. The convection blower forms a flow of indoor air in the warm air passage, and causes the indoor air sucked from the indoor air suction port to come into contact with the heat exchanger and blow out as warm air from the warm air outlet to the room. And, as shown in the above-mentioned publication, many of this kind of heaters incorporate a humidifying device in order to improve the indoor heating environment. As the humidifier, for example, an evaporation dish for storing water is provided on the bottom side of the main body, and a part of warm air is introduced into the evaporation dish by an air duct.

The water can be evaporated, and the humidified air can be blown out into the room together with the warm air to create a humidified atmosphere in the room.

がある。In the conventional humidifying apparatus as described above, it is troublesome to supply water to the humidifying tray frequently, so that the humidifying tray is replenished with water by a cartridge tank having a water supply portion with a valve. There are also things I try to do. However, since the heater itself becomes large due to the storage space of the evaporation tray and the cartridge tank, the evaporation tray has a shallow bottom, and the cartridge tank is also flat with a small volume that fits in the bottom side of the warm air heater. .. Therefore,
Even if the water level of the evaporating dish is lowered and water is replenished from the cartridge tank to the evaporating dish, the water may not reach the evaporating dish promptly due to the surface tension of the water, and a shortage of water for humidification may occur.

Therefore, it will not remain in one place due to surface tension.

This warm air heater is a forced air supply / exhaust type floor installation type equipped with a humidifying device, and functional components related to heating are basically the same as those of the conventional type. That is, in the main body 1, a warm air passage is formed, one end of which is connected to the indoor air intake port 2 provided on the back surface of the main body 1 and the other end of which is connected to a warm air outlet 3 provided on the lower front surface of the main body 1. ,
A convection blower 4, a closed combustion type combustion device 5 and a heat exchanger 6 are arranged in this warm air passage. In the combustion device 5, combustion air is supplied from the outside by an air supply system (not shown), and combustion waste gas is exhausted to the outside by an exhaust system (not shown) connected to the rear end of the heat exchanger 6. The convection blower 4 forms a flow of indoor air in the warm air passage, contacts the indoor air sucked from the indoor air suction port 2 with the heat exchanger 6, and blows it out from the warm air outlet 3 into the room as warm air. On the bottom side of the main body 1, a humidifying device for forming a humidified hot air by applying a part of the hot air after heat exchange to the water accumulated in the evaporation tray 8 by an air duct 7 formed of a steel plate in a rectangular tube shape is configured. ing.

Cartridge tank 9 configured as a flat airtight container for automatically replenishing air and a part of warm air for evaporating dish 8
The air duct 7 and the outer circumference of the evaporating dish 8 and the air duct 7 are surrounded by the partition plate 10.
The lower side is separated from the installation floor by a receiving plate 11 and a bottom plate 12. The evaporation tray 8 is installed on the receiving plate 11 by two rib-shaped leg portions 13 on the left and right, and the receiving plate 11 gives a downward slope toward the side facing the opening end of the air duct 7. A spherical projection 15 for opening a valve of the water supply unit 14 of the cartridge tank 9 is formed on the bottom of the evaporation tray 8 on the upper side. The cartridge tank 9 has a water supply portion 14 with a valve that protrudes downward from one side of the bottom portion of the cartridge tank 9.
The water supply portion 14 is attached to the evaporating dish 8 in parallel with the protruding portion 15 formed on one side thereof from the front side of the main body.

The humidifying device functions by setting the evaporating dish 8 and inserting and mounting the cartridge tank 9 containing water. When mounting the cartridge tank 9, the water supply side is lifted so that the water supply section 14 is passed over the peripheral side wall of the evaporating dish 8 and the projection 15 of the evaporating dish 8 receives the water supply section 14 (the water supply section 14 is also removed when removed). , From the peripheral side wall of the evaporating dish 8). As a result, the valve is opened and water is supplied from the cartridge tank 9 to the evaporating dish 8, part of the warm air from the air duct 7 hits the water in the evaporating dish 8, and the water in the evaporating dish 8 is evaporated to become humidified warm air. It is blown into the room from the warm air outlet 3. The water in the evaporation dish 8 consumed by evaporation is automatically replenished from the cartridge tank 9 by replacing the water in the cartridge tank 9 with air. In the humidifier of this embodiment, since the evaporating dish 8 is shallow and the amount of water stored is small, the water is replenished little by little and relatively frequently, and the water replenished by the surface tension tends to stay in the portion. However, since the evaporation tray 8 is provided with a gradient that overcomes the surface tension, the replenished water quickly moves to the air duct 7 side and is used for humidification.

な加湿装置の機能の安定化が達成できる。As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, the water replenished from the cartridge tank moves rapidly to the downward side due to the inclination of the evaporation tray, and the surface tension causes It will not remain in the place. Therefore, it is possible to stabilize the function of the compact humidifying device in which the evaporation tray has a shallow bottom, the amount of water stored is small, and water supply is performed little by little and frequently.
