 Among the conventional toothbrushes, those which are cut around the bristle tips are disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 55-143026, 57-154327, 59-108427, 61-170329, and the like. JP-A-58-55630, JP-A-58-168229 and the like disclose bending and deformation of the neck portion between the hair-implanted portion and the handle. In all of these cases, only the efficiency of brushing the teeth was taken into consideration, and not even the stimulated release of bubbles and liquids from the mouth. Therefore, in most of the cases, the contact angle between the brush and the tooth, the shape of the bristle tip of the brush, the planting of the bristle, etc. have been devised.
