極力少なくする観点からは、バランスウエイトを
ギヤと一体化するのが好ましいが、バランスウエ
イト部を機械加工で製作するには原価高となる欠
点があつた。また、素材を鍛造または焼結にて製
作するには型代が高価となる欠点があつた。

際には、バランスウエイトはピンおよびネジで固
着位置が決定され、かつ、バランスウエイトとス
ピンドル間でギヤが挟持されるように、バランス
ウエイト、ギヤ、ピン、スピンドル、ネジの関係
を工夫したものである。

を固着、突出させておく。スピンドル4をギヤ2
に圧入し、軸受5、軸受6、にて回転自在に軸支
する。スピンドル4は、軸受5、軸受固定板7を
介して、ネジ8により、ギヤカバ9に固定してお
く。バランスウエイト10は、型代が比較的安価
で部品単価も安価なプレスにて製作する。また、
ピン3より僅かに大きなバランスウエイトの穴1
1を設けておき、バランスウエイトの穴11にピ
ン3を貫通させるようにして、ギヤの一端面にバ
ランスウエイト10を乗せる。バランスウエイト
10をネジ12でスピンドル4の軸心に形成され
たスピンドルのネジ13にねじ込み、締付け固着
