Description
本発明は、ベランダの外周縁部等に手摺を設置
する際に用いられる手摺支柱の立設構造に関する

柱の立設構造としては、第7図に示したようなも
のが提案されている。この構造は、パラペツト1
上にこのパラペツト1の傾斜角度を吸収する支柱
支持部材2を跨架し、この支柱支持部材2をパラ
ペツト1の側面に穿設された取り付け穴に締結ボ
ルト20で固定して、この支柱支持部材2に手摺
支柱3を溶接して立設固定したり、また、第8図
に示したように、パラペツト1の上面側の一部を
除去したり、あるいは発泡スチロール等の取り付
け治具を用いて予め穴明けして形成された取付部
にプレート状の支柱支持部材2を埋め込み、この
支柱支持部材2に手摺支柱3の下端部を溶接によ
り立設固定したものが用いられていた。

打ち込まれる結果となり、締結ボルト20等の腐
食による膨張が接近した位置において発生するこ
とになり、コンクリート地、あるいはモルタルの
を破壊する恐れがあるという問題を有していた。
また、パラペツト1への締結ボルト20等の打
ち込み数が増えると、該パラペツト1内に配設さ
れている配筋に干渉する確率が高くなり、支柱支
持部材2の強度が得られにくくなり、また、パラ
ペツト1の側面からの穴明け作業となり、作業も
困難になるという多くの問題を有していた。
さらに、第8図に示した従来例の立設構造によ
れば、支柱支持部材2がパラペツト1に埋め込ま
れるため、この支柱支持部材2の発錆によりコン
クリート地あるいはモルタルの内部から亀裂を誘
発するという問題点があり、また、パラペツト1
のはつりや養生あるいは支柱支持部材2と手摺支
柱3との溶接作業等その作業性がきわめて煩雑で
あるとともに手摺支柱3を再度取り換えることが
不可能という多くの問題を有していた。
本発明は、以上の問題点を解消すべくなされた
ものであつて、コンクリート地あるいはモルタル
等の亀裂を誘発するおそれが少なく、かつ十分な
設置強度が得られ、かつその取り付け作業を簡便
化した手摺支柱の立設構造を提供することを目的
とする。

第1図は本発明による手摺支柱の立設構造を示
す説明図である。
図中、1はベランダ外周縁部等に形成されるパ
ラペツト、10はこのパラペツト1上面に穿設さ
れる建て込み穴、4はこの建て込み穴10に下端
を埋設されてパラペツト1上に立設される埋め込
みアンカーを示すものであり、この埋め込みアン
カー4の上端部側には、ねじ40が刻設されてい
る。
連結部材6は、第1図および第2図aに示すよ
うに、中央部にアンカー挿通孔60を形成した箱
状体で、アンカー挿通孔60に埋め込みアンカー
4を挿通させた後、上端部を締め付けナツト42
により締め付けることにより該埋め込みアンカー
4に固定される。
なお、連結部材6としては、第2図aに示した
もの以外、第2図bに示すように、二部材61,
62を連結して構成されたもの、あるいは第2図
cに示すように、アンカー挿通孔60にねじを刻
設し、埋め込みアンカー4のねじ40と、偏心ね
じ41を介して螺合させ、左右方向の位置を調節
可能にしたものであつてもよい。
一方補強部材5は、第3図において矢印Pで示
すような方向の力が加えられた時に、埋め込みア
ンカー4のパラペツト1との界面に発生する曲げ
モーメントPlに対抗するモーメントXYを発生さ
せて埋め込みアンカー4を補強するためのもの
で、第1図に示すように、両外側に突片状の圧接
部53を形成し、中央部に埋め込みアンカー4の
径寸法と略等しい径を有するアンカー挿通孔50
を穿設して平面視略I字状に構成されている。
このように、図中a点にて圧縮荷重を受け、か
つ埋め込みアンカー4には引張荷重を受けさせる
ことにより、埋め込みアンカー4を強度上有効に
働かせるようにしている。
また、距離Xを長くとれば荷重Yは小さくな
り、手摺支柱3および埋め込みアンカー4を荷重
的に効率良くすることができる。
なお、この補強部材5の上面51と底面52と
は、第1図aにおいては平行とされているが、パ
ラペツト1上面が水平面に対して傾斜を有する場
合には、第1図bに示すように、この傾斜角度に
合致する交差角θを有する交差面とされる。
次に、本発明による手摺支柱の立設構造を使用
して手摺をパラペツト1上に設置する手順を説明
する。
この手摺は、第5図に示すように、手摺支柱3
の上端間に架設された手摺笠木70の下方に、上
下弦材71,72間に複数の手摺73,73…を
架設して形成された手摺ユニツト7を取り付けて
構成されており、まず第1図および第4図に示す
ように、パラペツト1に建て込み穴10を穿設
し、この建て込み穴10にエポキシ系樹脂11あ
るいはモルタル等を充填し、埋め込みアンカー4
を垂直に植設する。次いで、埋め込みアンカー4
の頂部から補強部材5と連結部材6とを挿入した
後、締め付けナツト42を締め付けることにより
これら補強部材5と連結部材6とを積層した状態
で強固に固定する。この後、中空状に形成された
手摺支柱3の下端部を連結部材6に外嵌し、連結
部材6および補強部材5を密着して固定用ビス6

なお、この実施例においては、固定用ビス63

ケツト74を別個に固定するようにしてもよいこ
とは勿論であり、また、手摺支柱3と連結部材6
との連結部位を適宜調節することにより、第6図
に示すように、パラペツト1の高さの変化H1,
H2にも対応することができる。

ける金属部材が腐食、膨張することによるコンク
リートの割れ等を防止することができる。
さらに、パラペツト上面には補強部材がその外
側に形成された圧接部の下端を当接して配置さ
れ、この補強部材とその上方に位置される連結部
材の中央において一本の埋め込みアンカーを挿通
して固定するとともに、この補強部材の少なくと
も上端側および連結部材に手摺支柱を外嵌して補
強部材と連結部材の外側面と手摺支柱の内側壁と
を密着することによつて、手摺支柱に作用する荷
重に対しては補強部材の圧接部下端によつて圧縮
荷重を受け、かつ、埋め込みアンカーによつて引
張荷重を受けさせることによつて手摺支柱が必要
