[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, the above-mentioned conventional fitting detecting means cannot know whether or not the fitting is completed immediately at the time of fitting work, and it is necessary to connect the electric wire to the lamp or the like after the fitting to perform an inspection, which is troublesome. Therefore, there is a problem that workability is not good. In addition to the connector's original wire, a wire for mating inspection must be provided, and the extra unnecessary wires for the connector make the connector troublesome and complicated. There is a problem that is.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to be able to immediately know whether or not the mating is good at the time of mating work, reduce the handleability of the connector due to the mating inspection wire, and complicate the wire. It is to provide a connector that solves the above problem.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above object, a connector according to a first aspect of the present invention has a male connector portion and a female connector portion that are fitted to each other, and one of the connector portions has a first locking portion. , A second locking portion is formed on the other side, and when the both connector portions are fitted, the first and second locking portions are locked to each other and are fitted into the locking recess by the locking. In the connector for preventing the disengagement of both connector parts from each other, a first conductor is provided on the first locking part, and the second locking part is locked to the first locking part. At this time, a second conductor is provided in the front part of the fitting direction adjacent to the contact part, excluding the contact part that comes into contact with the first locking part, and either of the first or second conductors is provided. One of the conductors is composed of a pair of separated conductive pieces, and the connector part provided with the pair of conductive pieces is A sound generating circuit connected to the pair of conductive pieces is provided, and in a half-fitted state before the first and second locking portions are locked to each other, the pair of conductive members contact each other to cause the pair of conductive members to contact each other. In the completely fitted state where the conductive piece is short-circuited and sound is generated from the sound generating circuit, and the first and second locking portions are locked to each other, It is characterized in that the contact is released and the sound is stopped.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a connector according to a second aspect of the present invention has a male connector portion and a female connector portion that are fitted to each other, and one of the both connector portions has a first connector portion. One locking portion and the other locking portion are formed on the other side, and when the two connector portions are fitted together, the first and second locking portions are locked to each other, and the two locking portions are locked by this locking. In the connector for preventing detachment of the connector, a first conductor is provided on the first engaging portion and a second conductor is provided on the second engaging portion. One of the conductors is composed of a pair of separate conductive pieces, and the connector portion provided with the pair of conductive pieces is provided with a sound generation circuit connected to the pair of conductive pieces.

As described above, in the connector according to the first aspect of the invention, the first conductor is provided in the first locking portion, and the second conductor is provided in the front portion of the second locking portion in the fitting direction. Since the connector is provided with the connector, the first and second locking portions are in a state before they are in a completely fitted state by locking the first and second locking portions, that is, the first locking portion is in the second state. In the semi-fitted state, which is in the front position in the fitting direction adjacent to the locking part, the first and second conductors come into contact with each other and a sound is generated from the sound generation circuit, resulting in a completely fitted state. When that happens, the contact between both conductors is released and the sound stops.

That is, when the connector is engaged, sound is generated in the semi-engaged state, and the sound is stopped when the connector is in the fully engaged state. It is possible to know whether the mating is good or bad without requiring any operation, and workability is improved. In addition, since the sound generation circuit is provided directly on any of the connector sections, and there is no need for an inspection electric wire to connect to an external lamp, etc., the handleability of the connector caused by the extra inspection electric wire It is possible to prevent a decrease in power consumption and a complicated electric wire.

Further, in the connector according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the electric conductor is provided on the first and second locking portions as described above, the first locking is achieved when the both connector portions are fitted together. When the part and the second locking part are locked to each other and are in a completely fitted state, both conductors come into contact with each other, and sound is generated from the sound generation circuit. Therefore, also in this case, similarly to the connector according to the first aspect of the present invention, the sound is generated, so that it is possible to know the quality of the fitting at the time of the fitting work and without requiring any additional operation, thereby improving the workability. In addition, since the inspection electric wire connected to an external lamp or the like is unnecessary, it is possible to prevent the handling of the connector from being deteriorated and the electric wire from being complicated due to the electric wire.

Further, since the connector according to the second aspect of the present invention produces a sound only when it is in a completely mated state, it is necessary for an operator to check the sound of all the mating connectors. If it sounds for only a short time, it is difficult to verify it after the work, and when mating two or more connectors, it may cause an illusion that the worker heard the sound. However, in contrast, the connector according to the first invention continues to emit a sound in the half-fitted state until it is completely mated, so even if the connector flows through the line as it is in the half-fitted state, In the next step, another worker notices it, so that the half-fitting prevention is more reliable.

Further, each terminal accommodating chamber 10a has a cantilever shape, and a housing lance 18 that elastically bends and deforms in the vertical direction in the drawing is projected, and the housing glance 18 is forward from the rear in the fitting direction. By engaging with the stepped portion 12a of the terminal 12 inserted into the terminal accommodating chamber 10a, the respective terminals 12 are prevented from coming out backward in the fitting direction.

The two connector portions 2b and 4b are moved to the front in the fitting direction under the condition shown in FIG. 2, and the male connector portion portion 4b is inserted into the cavity portion 6a of the female connector portion. They are fitted to each other, and the male contacts 8 and the terminals 12 of both connector parts come into contact with each other. A locking recess 20 is formed in the insulating housing 6 of the female connector portion 2b. The locking recess 20 is formed by forming a projection 22 at the front end of the insulating housing 6 in the fitting direction. In the insulating housing 10 of the male connector portion 4b, the left end in FIG. 2 is a fixed end and the right end is a free end, and the free end is formed with a latch arm 24 that is elastically deformable in the vertical direction. A locking protrusion 26 is formed on the latch arm 24. Further, a holding portion 24a is formed at the free end of the latch arm 24.

A conductor 30 is provided on a front portion in the fitting direction adjacent to the locking concave portion 20, that is, a convex portion 22 in the drawing. The conductor 30 is composed of two conductor pieces 30a and 30b which are separately provided at a predetermined distance in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. Further, the female connector portion 2b provided with the conductor 30 is provided with a sound generating circuit 32, and the conductive pieces 30a, 30b are connected to the sound generating circuit 32 via the conductors 34a, 34b, respectively. Has been done.

A conductor 36 is provided on the locking protrusion 26. The conductor 36 is provided in such a manner that it is branched into two at a predetermined distance in the left-right direction (direction perpendicular to the fitting direction), and not only in the engaging convex portion 26, but also further forward in the fitting direction. They are extended and connected to each other at a connecting portion 36a provided at the front end in the fitting direction to be integrally formed.

Next, the fitting of both connector portions 2b and 4b will be described. Sound is generated from 32.

When the mating of both connector parts is further advanced, as shown in FIG. 4, the convex part 22 of the female connector part is bent on the latch arm 24 downward and the locking convex part 26 of the male connector part is formed. Ride up. Even in this state, the pair of conductive pieces 30a and 30b are short-circuited by the conductor 36, and the sound generating circuit 32 continues to generate sound. The detachment of the connecting portions 2b and 4b is prevented. In this state, the contact between the pair of conductive pieces 30a, 30b and the conductor 36 is released, and the sound of the sound generating circuit 32 stops.

That is, in the semi-fitted state shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a sound is generated from the sound generation circuit 32, and when the fully fitted state shown in FIG. .. It is composed of two conductive pieces 30a and 30b that are cut off. The conductive pieces 30a and 30b are respectively extended rearward from the front end portion in the fitting direction of the locking recess 20 and connected to the sound generating circuit 32. ..

Further, a conductor 36 is also formed on the locking projection 26 of the male connector portion 4b, and the conductor 36 is branched and fitted in the left-right direction in exactly the same manner as in the first embodiment. They are integrally formed so as to extend forward in the mating direction and be connected to each other at a connecting portion 36a. In the connector having such a structure, the pair of conductive pieces 30a, 30b and the conductor 36 do not come into contact with each other in the half-fitted state of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. Although no sound is generated from 32, in the completely fitted state shown in FIG. 5, the pair of conductive pieces 30a and 30b come into contact with the conductor 36, and sound is generated from the sound generating circuit 32.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the sound generation circuit 32 of the first embodiment. The switches 50a, 50b, 50c in the figure correspond to turning on (shorting) and turning off a pair of conductive pieces of the three female connector portions 2a, 2b, 2c, respectively. When any of the switches 50a, 50b, 50c is closed, the oscillator circuit 52 oscillates, which turns the transistor 54 on and off, and the buzzer 56 produces a sound. In such a sound generating circuit, the switches 50a, 50b, 50c are all opened, that is, the three female connector portions 2a, 2b, 2c and the male connector portions 4a, 4b, 4c are all in a completely fitted state. The sound stops for the first time.

The sound generation circuit 32 of the second embodiment can have the same configuration, but in the case of the second embodiment, the switches 50a, 50b, 50c are arranged in series and all the switches are closed. Then, it is preferable that the sound is generated only after the three female and male connector parts are completely fitted. Further, in the case of the second embodiment, a capacitor charged with a predetermined amount of electric charge may be used as a power source so that sound is generated only for a certain period of time.

The arrangement of the conductors is not limited to those shown in the first and second embodiments, but may be variously modified without departing from the scope of the present invention. Further, the conductor can be formed by various methods such as insert-molding a metal plate such as a plated copper plate, forming by plating, sputtering, vapor deposition, or sticking an FPC. Further, in particular, the pair of conductive pieces of the second embodiment is difficult to form by vapor deposition on the inner surface of the housing, but can be formed by using a conductive plate and holding it in a groove.

Further, the sound generating circuit is not limited to the one shown in the embodiment, and various kinds can be used.

[Effect of the device]

As described above, in the first connector of the present invention, when the first connector is in the half-fitted state, the first and second conductors are in contact with each other, the sound is generated from the sound generation circuit, and the first connector is completely fitted. In this state, the contact between both conductors is released and the sound stops. Therefore, by stopping the sound, it is possible to know whether the fitting is good or not during the fitting work and without any additional operation. It is possible to improve workability.

In the second connector of the present invention, both conductors come into contact with each other to generate a sound from the sound generating circuit when they are in a completely fitted state, and similar to the first connector. Due to the generation of the sound, it is possible to know the quality of the fitting at the time of the fitting work and without requiring any additional operation, thereby improving the workability.
