いものであつた。又上記平紐は色彩が施されてい
るため使用後工事現場に散乱し打設コンクリート

条束2の上面に嵌合しかつ結束用針線6は同下端
面11に形成した嵌合溝12に嵌合し同針線6の
方向が短線条束2即ち挿入溝5の中心線と若干交
差することになる(第6図)。昇降枠4がさらに
下降すると昇降金具10は発条9に抗して上昇し
短緑条束2の上面が上記挿入溝5の下向半円形上
端面8に当接して停止する。その状態においては
結束用針線6は逆U字形に曲げられ、一方の端部
は下方に迂回した一方の締付腕13によつて短線
条束2の下方に持上げられて同束2を下方から上
向に締付ける(第10図)。その後同腕13は基
の位置に開き、さらに他方の締付腕13が下方に
迂回して同束2を針線6によつて下方から上方に
締付けるが同針線6は中心線と若干交差している
ため上記逆U字形針線6の両端部は互いに重合す
ることなく螺旋状に平行に曲げられ(第13図参

上記環状束2は対向方向に近接離反するU字溝形
ホールダー3,3によつて挾持されて一定位置に
保持される(第3図、第4図)。このホールダー
3,3の上方には昇降枠4が直立案内ガイド1
4,14に設けられ、同枠4の下部に上記束2の
下向挿入溝5を形成するものであつて同溝5の両
側に長さ約55mm、直径1.5mmの結束用針線6を渡
し、一側にその支持溝7′を形成し、同溝7の上
部に支持バネ7″を設けて支持装置7を形成する
(第4図)。上記下向挿入溝5の上端面8は下向半
円形に形成され、同挿入溝5に沿つて発条9の力
に抗して上昇可能な昇降金具10を同溝5の内部
に設け、同金具10の下端面11を下向半円形に
形成し、同下端面11には第5図及び第6図に示
されるように結束用針線6の嵌合溝12を形成す
る。そして同嵌合溝12の方向は上記挿入溝5の
中心線と若干交差させる。又上記挿入溝5の上端
面8の両側上方に回動腕13′,13′の基部をピ
ン15で回動自在に枢支し、同腕13′,13′の
動作腕を大小の起立シリンダー16,16′に接
続して往復回動自在となし、回動腕13′,1
3′の下端に対向方向に上記針線締付腕13を設
けて同締付腕13,13を上記上端面8の下方に
交互に迂回させることができる。迂回順序は大形
起立シリンダー16側の締付腕13を先に小形起
立シリンダー16′側の締付腕13を後に迂回さ
せると良い。尚図中17で示すものは昇降枠4の
シリンダー、18は針線6の巻取リール、19は
針線6の矯正ローラ、20は結束用針線6のカツ
