能な上下一対の加締爪と、これら加締爪を前記複
数の包装ローラーより離間した待機位置から複数
の包装ローラー間を臨む加締位置に移動させて、
前記重積硬貨の包装紙の上下端部を加締させる上
下一対の加締腕とにより構成される硬貨包装機に
おいて、 前記包装紙がカツターにより切断されなかつた
ことを検知する異常検知手段と、 加締動作時に前記加締腕を待機位置に保持させ
る阻止手段と、 前記異常検知手段からの検知信号に基づいて前
記加締腕を待機位置に保持させるよう前記阻止手
段を制御する制御部とを備えることを特徴とする
