SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION However, an integrally formed product made by casting an aluminum alloy as described above or a frame in which a plurality of plate members are joined by casting welding has a complicated casting process and is expensive to manufacture. It had the drawback of requiring a long construction period. Further, when changing the shape of the molded product or the number of steps per mold when changing the production of the molded product, it is necessary to prepare a frame suitable for each, which is extremely uneconomical. In addition, casting defects and strength deterioration due to casting deterioration during welding are likely to occur, and there is a problem in long-term usability.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows an outline of a corner fixing member (1) and a profile member (4) fitted and assembled to the corner fixing member (1) which are constituent elements of a mold frame according to the present invention. (1) is a shape that fits the corners of the mold frame,
In the drawing, an L-shaped shape curved in an arc is formed, and connecting ends (2), (3) for connecting and connecting a profile member (4) to both ends thereof as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The profile material (4) may be a solid material, but it is preferable to provide a hollow portion (5) in the core portion as shown in the figure from the viewpoint of weight saving. Then, the corner fixing material (1) described above and the light alloy profile material (4)
For example, in the case of a rectangular mold frame, the corner fixing members (1) are arranged at the four corners respectively, and the corner fixing members (1) are separated from each other by using a light alloy profile material. The parts are fitted together and joined together to form a rectangular frame.
At the time of assembly, in order to strengthen the fitting connection between the corner fixing material (1) and the light alloy profile material (4), as shown in FIG. 1, bolt holes () are formed on the respective members (1) and (4). 6),
(7). Is provided, and the holt (8) is inserted and fixed from the horizontal direction or the horizontal direction of the fitting surface.

By the way, the mold is composed of one set of the cavity mold on the fixed side and the core mold on the moving side as described above. The mold frame on the cavity mold side and the mold frame on the core mold side are not necessarily the same, and the mold types are different according to each. Therefore, there are two types of mold frames, one for the cavity mold side and the other for the core mold side, and the shapes are slightly different. Accordingly, the corner fixing material (1) and the profile material according to the present invention are accompanied. Also in (4), the cross-sectional shape corresponding to the fitting portion of each other is adopted.

The frame structure of the present invention is as described above, and a cavity mold and a core mold are attached to each of the obtained frames on the front side, while a back plate is attached to the back side to form a steam chamber inside. Then, the pre-expanded particles such as polystyrene are filled in the cavity through the raw material filling machine, steam is introduced into the steam chamber for heat foam molding, the drain is discharged, and then cooling water is introduced into the steam chamber and gold is introduced. A molding operation is performed by cooling the mold and then opening the mold and releasing the foamed molded product. At this time, the position and the number of the raw material filling machine and the eject pin for releasing the mold change depending on the molded product.

Conventionally, in such a case, another frame prepared in advance has been replaced at this time, which makes maintenance of the replacement frame difficult. However, in the present invention, the profile material (4) previously formed by extrusion is used. ) Is used to cut each to a required length, combine with the corner fixing material (1), and are fitted and joined together, which is suitable for improving work efficiency in foam molding. Also, since the manufacturing cost can be reduced, it is possible to prepare multiple spare frames and set the medium size in advance to reduce or shorten the replacement work.

As described above, according to the present invention, the corner fixing material having the fitting portions for connecting the mold frame at both ends as described above and the fitting fitting for connecting the corner fixing material by the drawing process of the light alloy such as aluminum. It is formed by combining a light alloy profile material of a required length formed in a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the joint and fitting and joining the ends to each other. Compared with the one that welds and joins the alloy cast forming plate, if you cut the profile material to the mold frame and cut it to an arbitrary size, you can create the mold frame just by combining it with the corner fixing material. It is very easy and easy to create a mold frame, and it is possible to quickly respond to specification changes such as changing the size of the molded product or the number of molds taken per mold, which is economical as well as work efficiency. And it has a valid effect. In particular, the frame structure according to the present invention does not require a welding process and can be easily manufactured by only an assembling work, so that it has an advantage that it can be manufactured at low cost, has high dimensional accuracy, and strengthens a joint portion with a bolt or the like. With this, a sufficient strength can be obtained, and the frame structure is extremely practical as a frame of a foam molding die. By making the core material of the profile material hollow, it is possible to reduce the weight and save the material to improve the practicality.
