2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a dehumidifying dryer equipped with this kind of double-winged fan had a configuration as shown in FIG. The structure will be explained with reference to FIG. 5. The dehumidifying dryer has a drum driven by a belt by a drive motor and a double-winged fan 5 inside the body of the dehumidifying dryer. The double-wing fan 5 has a substantially disk-shaped reinforcing plate 40 fixed to the circulating air passage side,
An inclined side surface is integrally formed on the side of the cooling air passage, and a substantially V-shaped groove 42 for belt tensioning is formed in correspondence with the fan pulley 41.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, water-containing clothing is heated, stirred, and dried in a drum, thereby increasing both the temperature and humidity of the circulating air. On the other hand, since the cooling air passage side of the double-wing fan 5 sucks in outside air and ventilates it, a temperature difference occurs between the circulation side and the cooling side of the double-wing fan 5, which makes it possible to dehumidify condensation. Due to the difference in the elongation of the resin on the cooling side, warping of the entire double-winged fan 5 occurs. In order to alleviate this, a reinforcing plate 40 is fixed to the surface of the double-winged fan 5 on the circulating air side, and plays the role of correcting the plane distortion of the double-winged fan. However, it is necessary to fix the reinforcing plate on the circulation side and the fan pulley on the cooling side. Furthermore, since there is a reinforcing plate on the circulating air side, there is a difference in thermal expansion coefficient, and the reinforcing plate also expands, which is insufficient to correct distortion. Therefore, not only did the number of parts increase, but the unavoidable distortion of both wings of the fan made the seal between the circulation side and the cooling side unreliable, leading to a decrease in heat exchange efficiency, etc. .

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve this problem, the present invention includes a rotating drum that stirs the loaded clothes, and two blades that are arranged behind the rotating drum and are connected to a motor via a V-belt. The double-winged fan has a generally meandering cross-sectional shape in the circumferential direction, and has an impeller portion on its outer periphery in which the radial unevenness on the rotating drum side forms a circulation fan, and the radial unevenness on the opposite side forms a cooling fan. The circulation fan faces the circulation path of the rotating drum having a heating element, and the cooling fan faces the cooling air path, and has a substantially V-shaped cross section so as to sandwich a partition member that partitions the circulation path and the cooling air path. A flexible sealing member is provided at the outer peripheral end of both wing fans, and the outer peripheral end covers the cooling fan inner end side of the impeller portion, and the V belt is attached to the inner peripheral end on the cooling air path side of the double wing fan. In addition to forming a fan pulley section to be stretched, a substantially conical reinforcing plate having a plurality of intake openings with guide vanes for guiding air intake is attached.

Effect: According to the above configuration, the thermal expansion of the reinforcing plate is suppressed to eliminate distortion of both wing fans, and the division between the circulation path and the cooling air path is ensured. Furthermore, the air flowing into the intake opening via the guide vanes of the reinforcing plate is smoothly guided to the cooling fan.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. In the figure, a drum 2 is rotatably supported in a machine body 1 for loading and rotating clothes. 3 is a heating element for introducing hot air into the drum 2, and 4 is a case in which the heating element 3 is housed. 5 is a double wing fan with a U-shaped groove 6 on the outer periphery.
It has a blade portion 7 which protrudes substantially radially from the midsection and has a substantially meandering cross-sectional shape in the circumferential direction. The impeller part 7 has unevenness on one side of the heating element 3.
A circulation fan 8 that introduces hot air into the drum 2 from
The other unevenness forms a cooling fan 11 that generates cooling air that takes in air from the intake port 9 on the rear outer wall of the fuselage 1 and exhausts it from the exhaust port 10 on the lower outer wall. Since this impeller part 7 is made of a relatively thin resin film and forms a boundary film through which the circulating air and cooling air pass, heat is transferred through the resin film of this impeller part 7. That is, this impeller part 7

It is provided with a plurality of openings 30 for air intake. Further, the outer peripheral edge portion 28 reaches the impeller portion 7 of both wing fans, and is screwed to the mounting boss 27 to form the reinforcing plate 24.
The outer peripheral edge portion 28 of the impeller portion 7 is fixed so as to be in close contact with the impeller portion 7.

In the above configuration, the rotationally agitated clothes put into the drum 2 evaporate the water contained in the clothes with the hot air sent into the drum 2, and turn into high-temperature humid air, which is then sent to both wing fans. It is sent to the circulation fan side of No.5. Heat is removed from the circulating air by the double-wing fans 5, moisture contained in the circulating air is condensed, and the air returns to the heating element 3 again. The dew-condensed moisture is blown off by the double-wing fan 5, collected on the inner wall of the fan case 16, and discharged from a drain port (not shown) provided in a part of the ventilation passage 31. Such circulation is repeated and the clothes are successively dried.

According to the above embodiment, even if the double-wing fan 5 is integrally molded from resin, the reinforcing plate 24 is located on the cooling side, so there is no thermal deformation of the reinforcing plate 24. Therefore, the original reinforcing effect of the reinforcing plate 24 can be enhanced, and warping of the double-wing fans 5 can be reliably prevented. In addition, the double-wing fans 5 are generally molded from a thin resin material in consideration of heat exchange efficiency.
In particular, the strength at the boundary between the inner end of the impeller portion 7 and the shaft support is an issue. The reinforcement plate 24
Since the outer peripheral end thereof covers the inner end side of the cooling fan 11 of the impeller portion 7, the boundary portion is also sufficiently reinforced.

As described above, the thermal distortion of the double-blade fan 5 is eliminated, a smooth rotation state can be obtained, and the circulation system and the cooling system can be reliably partitioned to achieve good heat exchange.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention forms a fan pulley part on the cooling air path side of both wing fans, the outer peripheral end of which covers the inner end of the cooling fan of the impeller part, and the inner peripheral end of which stretches the V-belt. In addition, since a substantially conical plate-shaped reinforcing plate having a plurality of intake openings with guide vanes for guiding air intake is attached, thermal distortion of the above-mentioned double wing fan can be minimized. As a result, the fan can be rotated smoothly, eliminating abnormal noise caused by uneven contact and wear of members, and improving durability.

In addition, since the double-wing fans ensure a reliable separation between the circulation system and the cooling system, and the smooth introduction of air into the cooling system, the functions of the double-wing fans, that is, the heat exchange characteristics, are maintained well. Reliable dehumidification from circulating air is possible.
