れを起こすような事がないものであるが、逆にリ
ード棒の挟持が悪くてピンチヤーの押圧面と金属
箔の平面とが平行でない場合、ピンチシール時に
ピンチヤーに沿うように金属箔がねじられてリー
ド棒の溶接部分で箔切れが生じるという問題があ
つた。

ルブ4の中央部6分は球状に形成されており、チ
ツプ管7が接続されている。この球状の中央部6
の両端にはピンチシール部Eが形成されており、
ピンチシール部E内にモリブデン金属箔Bが挟
持・埋設されている。このモリブデン金属箔Bの
内側端部には球状の中央部6内に導入される一対
の電極棒8がそれぞれ溶接されており、所定の間
隔をあけて向き合つている。一方、前記モリブデ
ン金属箔Bの外側端部には内部リード棒2が溶接
されており、ピンチシール部Eから外方に導出さ
れている。この内部リード棒2には図上く字型に

ード棒と金属箔との溶接部分がねじりによつて断
裂させられるというような事がない。
