【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項1】 機器の作動状態を表す複数の状態信号に
ついて検査することにより、予め設定した許容範囲から
外れている場合に異常検出を行うとともに機器の停止制
御を行う制御部を備えた機器において、前記機器の状態
信号を受けてそれぞれ記録することが可能な記録部と、
上記機器から異常検出信号を受けた時に、その時の状態
信号を異常検出がされなかった他の状態信号をも含めて
ともに上記記録部に記録する記録制御手段とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする異常情報記録装置。 【請求項2】 機器の作動状態を表す複数の状態信号に
ついて検査することにより、予め設定した許容範囲から
外れている場合に異常検出を行うとともに機器の停止制
御を行う制御部を備えた機器において、前記機器の状態
信号を受けて所定時間分の信号について記録が可能な記
録部と、上記所定時間の経過後は最も古い記録から順次
更新し、上記機器が発する機器異常検出信号を受けた時
は記録を停止し、上記異常検出の時までの所定時間分の
最新の信号について記録を行う記録制御手段とを備えた
